A beautiful one bedroom condo overlooking the ocean. Sit on your lanai in the morning with your beverage of choice and see the sea turtles feeding on the reef in front of the complex. When in season, watch the whales in the channel between Maui and the island of Lana'i. Watch the sun setting while listening to the conch shells echoing the end of the day.
The complex itself is quiet and open air. No air conditioning
required with the trade winds blowing through the condo day and night! The Condo has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area to add to the tropical feel while maintaining the airflow. The updated unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and everything needed, just add your food and beverages and you're set to go!
This is our second home so we have all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, linens, towels, beach towels, boogie boards, pool and beach toys and chairs on hand not to mention coolers and assorted items so you can take off and enjoy your day at the beach.
There is a sun deck over looking the ocean, this is a great place
to get sun, socialize, enjoy the view and eat your meals that you BBQ!
This unit sleeps two comfortably with a king-size bed and a quee-size Aero Bed.
This complex is conveniently located near beaches, downtown
Lahaina, golfing, horseback riding, whale watching, snorkeling,
shopping and restaurants.

We feel in love with Maui many years ago! We started out with a timeshare, then over time, met a very large group of friends, well more like extended family, and found ourselves returning more than once a year. We began looking for a condo with specific requirements and found that Hale Ono Loa met every one. We now own 2 condos there and are very active in the homeowners' association. Another perk is the residents all have that magic aloha spirit that is hard to beat! Both condos are our second home and have furnished them as such. If there is something we need in the condo for a special meal, we buy it. Everything is meant to be sat on, slept in and very comfy!

This complex has the most beautiful grounds on west Maui. Friendly, helpful & quiet. We already owned another condo at Hale Ono Loa when we purchased this unit. We fell in love with the condo, the Corian counters in kitchen & bath area, the view is nothing short of fantastic. We love going to sleep listening to the crashing waves & waking up to the resident birds in the morning. Let me tell you, I can stay on the lanai all day just watching the sea life. The Green Sea Turtles come in 3 times a day at high tide to feed off the reefs in front of the complex and the location of this condo lets you enjoy the site without leaving the lanai. The last time we were staying in this condo, a Monk Seal swam by, and another came up on the beach on the property next door and caught some warm rays for a morning! The snorkeling right out front is some of the best I've experienced in Maui. There are reefs that attract interesting sea life and for the timid snorkelers, you can stay close to shore if you chose.
We have named this condo Serenity because that is the feel when you walk thru the door!
You can actually watch the sea turtles feed on the reefs from the lanai in this condo! It's a great way to enjoy your morning beverage, or take a break from a good book! This condo is between Ka'anapali and Kapalua, golf is minutes away. We are 4 miles from downtown Lahaina and within walking distance to a farmer's market, open Monday, Wednesday & Friday. A great kids park & beach with a coffee shop across the street. We love to walk to coffee then cross the street to Honokowai Park to watch the sea life while we enjoy our mornings. Also, Maui has a great transit system! They stop every 20 minutes and go everywhere!

Your home was so beautiful that I found it hard to go anywhere else. The view down the coastline was just breathtaking. I loved your supply of books, and I able to read 4 of them, sitting on the lanai. It was sooooo relaxing! :)
I just returned home this evening, and I miss it already. Thank you for making my stay so special. I've been coming to the Hawaiian Islands for 15 years and this was the best trip ever!
You can be sure that the next time I am in Maui, it is because I am missing your home as much as I miss the island.

This was everything we hoped for and more! Pam and Dave supplied everything we could have needed for an amazing week in Maui. The sunsets were beautiful. The Hale Ono Loa condo was very comfortable and had great breezes in the evenings. We loved our watching the sunsets and sunrises from our balcony porch and ate many meals there. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed having the ability to cook in the kitchen; it helped save a little money. We saw sea turtles right below the sea wall and off the coral reef rocks 10 feet off shore. We saw whales breaching in the distance. It was centrally located to many of the beaches and great restaurants in Lahaina. We walked from the condo to a beach/park across from the farmers market which was a highlight. It is a 45 minute drive to many of the must due sights like Haleakala and Road to Hana, but you get used to it and the views along the way are spectacular.
I've found my happy place! This condo is everything and enough. The view, cleanliness, stocked with everything needed in the kitchen and for the beach. Owner is great to deal with and property manager is the epitome of aloha!
Loved our stay at Unit 308 again. This unit is very cozy, comfortable, and has excellent views from the lanai. Lots of amenities included. Whale watching from the lanai every day and the sunsets each evening are incredible. Excellent location - close to everything! Pool and BBQ facilities at Hale Ono Loa are well maintained and useful. Not one to type long reviews; I have stayed in a number of condos thru VRBO, in Maui and otherwise, and this place lacks nothing. Well stocked, well appointed (minus not having an air conditioner, but we didn't need it!)...had every dish, pan, knife, utensil, etc. you will lever need. Clean, cute, great location (if you like the "West Side"). Everything worked, and the place is nice and quiet. Amazing views. SO MANY WHALES we saw right from the lanai!! BIG sea turtles every day in the beautiful clear water, right up at the base of the building. Fantastic trip. Even the sofa-bed was comfy!

The unit was perfect for the 2 of us. A nice home base with all the comforts of home. Beach chairs and towels were a nice bonus for us. Bathroom had a powerful shower. We loved the Lanai for breakfast watching the sun rise and dinners watching the sunset. Nice quiet building and unit located close to the water. Fell asleep listening to the waves each night. Beautiful cross breezes and did not need air conditioning despite 90F days. Very comfortable king bed. We would definitely rent this unit again

Also visit the new Honoapiilani Beach Park located across the street from The Times Market. Available for your use, boogie boards, snorkel noodles, beach chairs and umbrella.
