River Run townhomes are in River Run Village and provides quick access to all the village activities; Starbucks, the lift ticket office, Keystone ski school, River Run child care center, Inxpot, River Run shops and Restaurants are all right there. However it is one of the quiet areas with no restaurants, bars or shops in the building. Hit the slopes and avoid the crowded parking lot by walking directly to the River Run gondola from your unit!

My Family loves the outdoors! When the weather is warm at our home we enjoy swimming, wakeboarding, and almost any activity that lets us spend time outside together. When we have the opportunities to take family vacations we try to make the most of them and ensure we pack as much fun and activity into every trip.

Why Justin chose Keystone

LOCATION,LOCATION,LOCATION,Summit County, where Keystone is, has it all. We started snowboarding in the early 90's and even got engaged at the top of Copper Mountain. We first bought in Keystone in 2004 and traded up to this nicer townhome in 2017. We try to make at least 3-4 trips to the mountains each year. We’ve been to most mountains in Colorado, several in Utah and elsewhere, but always come back to Summit County. We love how there are 4 ski resorts within a few miles’ drive that appeal to all levels of skiers and riders. The shopping, spas, and activities for people who want a day off the mountain and the family-friendly atmosphere that still has plenty of grown-up appeal ensures something for everyone. . 7 ski mountains if you extend the range to 30 miles. We also love the quick drive on mostly interstate roads from the Denver international airport.

What makes this townhome unique

We love how our townhome is in the River Run Village with all the restuarants, shops, activities and so close to the gondola. It’s so convenient to be just a short walk in the morning to get to the mountain, especially when we have two children and everyone’s gear! In the evenings we like to drive down to Dillon to one of the local restaurants for dinner, order food in or eat at one of the many places walking distance in the village, then relax in the hot tub. My wife always finds a few hours for the outlet mall which is just a few miles down the road and has some of her favorite stores. Every morning we walk down to get coffee, then watch the mountain report while we get everyone into their snow gear, and we still are normally on one of the first gondolas each morning so we can hit the track-free snow.

The perfect place to stay in Keystone!

This property is amazing! It is a very short walk to the lifts so you can come back for breaks, lunch, etc. The condo itself is nicely decorated and well equipped. The deck overlooks the base area so you can monitor the lift line and conditions. And the building hot tubs and heated pool were perfect after a long day of skiing. You can even see the slopes while sitting in the hot tub. We will definitely be back.
