This third-floor (top floor) condo, nicely decorated southwestern style, looks over the city to the Plaza, and beyond to the Santa Fe Mountains. Walk a couple blocks to a shopping mall with an excellent supermarket and a variety of fine stores. Walk another 6 blocks and you're at the famed Plaza, the heart of Santa Fe. The Santa Fe Opera is a five-minute drive. Dozens of fine southwestern restaurants are within a few minutes drive (as is everything in Santa Fe).

High Speed internet--wireless.

The kitchen is fully equipped; all you need is groceries to be operational.

PS: Horseback Riding! Fred Espinosa, a very savvy, experienced wrangler, has a beautiful set up in Tesuque, just a few miles up 285/84, with a range of beautiful horses and trails. Reasonable rates. Call Lori, 575 751 6180

About Scott

We both have a great love for Santa Fe so we had to have a second home here to escape the Texas heat. Even when it's hot or cold in Santa Fe, it's moderate. It's a place you'll want to return to often because its small size belies the breadth of art, restaurants, and scenic discoveries that abound, most within a 10 minute drive, others as day trips.

Scott purchased this condo in 2006

Why Scott chose New Mexico

The condo has a perfect location: easy drive to the city and all areas around the city, ample free parking in lot close to elevator, AC in summer and wonderful views. After a long day shopping, hiking, or walking the plaza, it's nice to drive 2-3 minutes to our home out of the fray.

What makes this condo unique

Sweeping view of Santa Fe Mtns. and City. Air conditioned in summer. Laundry INSIDE the condo. Well-stocked with linens, paper products, and kitchen cooking ware and utensils. You just need your food!

Outstanding home away from home

  • 5 of 5

We loved our two day stay in this Santa Fe condo. We wondered if the double rainbow visible from the balcony was ordered just for us. Everything we needed was present and more. We have recommended it to friends who visit Santa Fe as well as Santa Fe friends who need extra space with all the family comes to visit. We will definitely look into this rental for future visits to Santa Fe. How nice to feel at home from the moment one walks in the door.

Excellent property

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. Great view if you get over the traffic noise! Had everything we needed and very convenient to shops and downtown SF.

One of the toilets broke and it was repaired next day, so that was good!

Would definitely stay in this complex again.

Nice condo very convenient to the plaza. Clean and nicely decorated.

  • 4 of 5

The condo was in a well kept, quiet complex. The elevator made it convenient to carry things to the third floor. It was nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The only negative comment I'd make is that the master bathroom was rather small for two people getting ready at the same time. It was nice having the door to the full bathroom between the two bathrooms. Since we had 3 people, 2 had to share. Definitely better than a hotel room though! Very comfortable and I'd recommend this condo!

Great Location

  • 4 of 5

The condo was very clean and well appointed with everything needed. Everything was in working order. Beautiful views of the mountains. There is some traffic noise from 285, which makes it difficult to leave patio doors open. Otherwise, it is a perfect location from which to enjoy and explore Santa Fe.

Santa Fe condo

  • 4 of 5

3rd floor condo with elevator. No charge for parking with ample spaces available.

Beautiful view from balcony. Comfortable beds and nice comfortable furniture. Full kitchen

with everything you need. Close to Albertson's and Sprouts food stores.

Would recommend renting a car because too far to walk to downtown area. Would stay here again.

Owner's Response: The Plaza is a mile from the condos. Try Uber, or a half-hour (or less) walk through old-neighborhoods.

Great location! Great views!

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed our stay here. We found that the condo was only 5-10minutes away from most of the places we wanted to go so we couldn't have asked for a better location. The community was quiet which allowed us to have peaceful evenings. The beds were comfortable and we took advantage of having access to a full kitchen and washer/dryer (something you don't get at a hotel!). The condo itself is at the back of the building and has great views as well. There is a large patio that we had breakfast on every morning. Everything was clean and checking in/out was easy. The condo certainly has a Santa Fe feel with the decor, we loved it! We would definitively stay at this location again!
