Built in the late 60's (although this unit has been entirely renovated), this small complex of only 10 units is only a short flat walk from downtown Palm Spring where you can enjoy shopping, wonderful restaurants and the famous Village Fest on Thursday evenings.

The pool and spa are right outside of your door and are well maintained and beautiful every day and night.

This unit has been recently renovated in summer 2016, with all the modern amenities that it was not originally built with in the 60's. Gorgeous mid century modern decorating!

Lisa and Gord purchased this vacation rental after 5 years of renting in the Tennis Club area of Palm Springs. They enjoyed the convenience and serenity of the location so much they purchased this unit plus one other in the same complex. In the historic hotel district, the location of 500 West is, in their opinion, the best in the valley. The love the 2 block walking distance to downtown Palm Springs, the 7 minute drive to the airport, plus the various hiking, biking and walking trails all in the close vicinity.

What makes this townhome unique

The benefits of this location are so numerous. The only place you need to drive to from this location is the golf course! But otherwise, you are close to everything. Also, being in a small, 10 unit complex, the quiet and serenity is second to none. They also love being steps from their front door to the pool and hot tub. The views from this unit's master bedroom is spectacular when the sun rises on the mountain - wow!!

We have been guests since 2009. Lisa and Gord have been fantastic owners. This was a fabulous space and location before the renovations. It is over the top now. The renos are in keeping with the charm of the area and very very comfortable . Already booked for next year. Cannot wait! Cheers Bob,Donna& Terry!

Desert Paradise

We spent a wonderful month in this comfortable, modern, spacious condo with a well supplied kitchen, new appliances and all the patio furniture we needed. We were joined by another couple for a few weeks but the condo is so spacious we never felt crowded. Lots of restaurants a few blocks away, but so is Peninsula Pastries with the best French bread ever! The condo’s location is perfect for many activities, including superb hiking. The Indian Canyons is a short drive and once there, rangers can pretty much answer any question you have about the desert. If you are a more ambitious hiker, the Lykken and Museum trails are a short walk from your door. Lounging under the sun umbrella after a swim in the complex’s pool gives you a view of the mountains so breathtaking you wonder if its fake. And if you like to cycle, the wide, interesting cycle paths had us a long way down the Coachella Valley before we even realized how far we had gone. Thanks for a great vacation!

Palm Springs! Location location location

We have been loving this property for a number of years. Three blocks from all the action. Close to golf. All the amenities and twice the serenity than other places we have stayed. Lisa and Gord have thought of everything! We love it and can't wait for our next opportunity to visit. November 2016 is too long to wait!

Great Mountain Views and Location.

We stayed for a week over Halloween 2014.The location with this complex is perfect. A very short walk to the many restaurants and bars. Looking out at the mountains in the morning was our favourite time of the day.

The unit was stocked with all the necessities of life except a "corkscrew" Problem resolved by a quick trip to the corner store!!! The condo was very clean and did not disappoint The pool and hot tub were wonderful to relax in after our days of golf and shopping. Will stay there again on our next trip.

Perfect location in Palm Springs

Our stay started on Oct 10, 2014 and we were there for five nights. This was the best location of any of the condos we have stayed at in Palm Springs. It's up against the mountains and only a five minute walk to the middle of downtown Palm Springs. Four of the five nights we walked to dinner. The unit is well appointed and very modern and the kitchen had all sorts of condiments, etc. It was well set up for two couples, each bedroom has a complete bath within the suite. The complex is small with only 10 condos and a very nice pool and hot tub and off street parking.
