Longbranch Condominiums are located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado less than two hours away from Denver, Colorado. They are in the historic district of Breckenridge surrounded by charming Victorian homes. It is a short walk to Main Street to enjoy restaurants and shopping during winter or summer and it is less than a half of a block to catch the free shuttle service to the base of Breckenridge Ski Area Peak 8 or Peak 9 or it is a 3 block walk to the gondola.

The extremely convenient location makes Longbranch very popular in summer months as well as in the winter months. The location accommodates guests who enjoy après ski activities that take place on Main Street as well as many opportunities for guests who enjoy dining, history, shopping or just seeing the beautiful clear skies and the refreshing charm unique to the town of Breckenridge, Colorado.

The condo has a reserved space in a heated underground parking garage. There are 2 elevators, one provides luggage carts for an easy haul of your luggage to the unit. It is a 1076 square ft. 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit that sleeps 6. There are 3 beds, one king size in green bedroom, one queen size in master ensuite bedroom and one queen size hide-a-bed in livingroom. It has an open floor plan with a dining area table that seats 4 plus a breakfast bar that seats 6.

Why Bev Emery chose Breckenridge

Since I first visited Breckenridge in highschool I have dreamed of having a home in Breckenridge. It is my dream come true. I chose the in town location rather than ski in ski out because I love walking to town and I like being in the historic part of town. The Victorian homes in the neighborhood are so charming. It is beautiful in the summer, not just a ski resort. Having a home near skiing is the best way to have a powder day.

What makes this condo unique

The ski bus stops every 20 minutes less than a half a block from my condo. It goes south to Beaver Run, peak 9 or north to Breck Station. You can take the gondola from Breck Station or you can walk four blocks to the gondola. The gondola goes to Peak 7 and to Peak 8. In the summer it is three blocks to the paved bike trail which goes to Frisco, Dillon, Copper Mountain and to the top of Vail pass all on the scenic paved trail. There are 42 hiking/biking dirt trails that you may hike to starting from the condo. You can pick up a trail map for $1 at the Visitors Center which is a great place to visit for lots of Breckenridge information. It is on Main St. & Washington. It tells the history of Breckenridge's mining days and the history of skiing. You can find out a lot of information about things to do while visiting Breckenridge. There are so many events winter and summer. I love the location because I can walk to shopping and to restaurants, my favorites are Giampietros, Hearthstone, Mi Casa and Crepes a la carte. In Breckenridge on a clear day the sky is deep blue, the stars shine brighter at night, the air is fresh, and the water pure and tasty.

Breckenridge is wonderful in the summer. We loved the flowers and watched the hummingbirds. We biked on the trail to Frisco and had lunch at the Marina then biked back. We enjoyed a concert at the Riverwalk Center. Longbranch Condos are the best location for walking to all of the things that we did.

Great property and location!

Property owner responds to all email, property was as described, and great location. We will definitely stay here next year as long as it's available. Close to main st and just a few steps from the shuttle. You can walk every where you want to go from this condo. The hot tub and pool are nice after a long day skiing.

Perfect for a quick Breck getaway!

We had a great time in Breck and this home made it even more enjoyable! Great space, well-appointed, clean and close to everything! Close to ski, restaurants and shops. We would love to stay again.

Great location and clean.

The location of this place is great. We were able to park the car in the garage and walk everywhere we needed to - gondola and restaurants on Main St. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when vacationing in Breck.

Walk to everything!

We parked in the garage, unpacked, and did not need to use the car again until we left Breckenridge. There was a quaint neighborhood grocery just a block and 1/2 away, all the shops and restaurants we could dream of! This property was easy to access, great directions, kind leasing office staff. Once inside, we found a very clean space with everything we needed for comfort. It snowed heavily while we were here, and the sidewalks were cleared very early the next day! This is a second floor condo with a third floor condo above. Very heavy-footed occupants above!! Hope they were temporary guests so the noise is not a constant in this unit. We will likely be back.

Warm, Cozy and Convenient

Our stay in the Longbranch condo was lovely. The unit was adequately spacious with a nice layout. We loved the fireplace. The kitchen was well appointed and clean. The bedrooms were also spacious with great closet space. And the proximity to Main Street and the gondola is excellent. Only a few short blocks. Breckenridge is such a lovely town especially at Christmas time. We took advantage of the common hot tub and pool to sooth our sore muscles. We hope to stay there again in future years.

We did dine at two casual but outstanding restaurants located very close to the units. There was Oscar's which was a great tapas style Mexican restaurant. The combination of the flavors of the food, the service and the casual atmosphere makes this place a great find. The second restaurant was named Canteen. The food here was diverse pub-like food that is excellent. The fish sandwich is one of the best I have ever had, and I have traveled to the Florida Keys and the Caribbean for years. All the food was very good as were the cocktails, service and atmosphere. Definitely a winner. I recommend both establishments especially as they are located so close to the condo.

Had a wonderful time at your condo last week. Perfect location for skiing and enjoy historic downtown Breckenridge. With a temperature of -16 on Thanksgiving Day morning, the heated underground garage was wonderful!!! The Blue Line ski shuttle runs every 20 mins picking up just 1/2 block from the condo which was super convenient. We walked to town for Starbucks in the mornings and dinner in the evening. Definitely recommend this condo/location for a great vacation!
