Three bedrooms in Dundee, minutes from wine tasting and restaurants
About Brian Hanna
As a life-long Oregonian, I have appreciation for the region, its history and what it has to offer. Being environmentally conscious, sourcing locally, giving back, and having an overall positive impact in the local community, are all my priorities.
Brian Hanna purchased this House in 2018
Why Brian Hanna chose Dundee
This house is a gem! When I first had the dream of owning a vacation rental, this was the house that popped in my head. To actually find and be able to purchase it is a dream come true.
What makes this House unique
This house, built in 1959, is rumored to be the first house on the hill. With that, it has the best view. When purchased, this 60 year-old home was showing it's age. I enlisted Lord Interior Design of Lake Oswego to transform outdated aesthetics into a modern-day retro retreat. Every detail from the color palette to the furnishing selections are true to the mid-century theme.

Perfect home, perfect location
Brian has done a beyond incredible job renovating this home. Every single detail head to toe inside and out was thoughtful, beautiful, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend anyone coming to visit the Willamette to stay here. The location was ideal for hopping around to visit many wineries, eat great local food or simply to enjoy a long drive in the country. In addition to the quality of the home, Brian was available by text and responded very quickly on the couple of questions we had, as well as welcomed us with some snacks and beverages in the kitchen and fridge. I hope many guests get to experience this hidden gem in the coming years.
Description and pictures doesn’t do it justice.
Girls birthday wine tasting
The home was decorated absolutely beautiful, was spotless, had an amazing view, and was stocked with everything we needed, plus extras! Definitely plan on making this an annual event and will recommend home to friends! Home was everything advertised and more!! Thank you Brian!!!
This may be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Certainly at this price range. The property had obviously been renovated recently and had been completed with a good eye for detail (not a flip). Mid century modern isn't my favorite style, but this house lived easy for my family of 4 (youngest is 2yo).
The amount of amenities this house has is crazy. I've never seen anything like it. The kitchen was better stocked than my house with things like bar ware, blender, baking sheets, juicer, etc. Everything was organized and clean! And there were even the basic consumables like ziplocks, sugar, etc.
I wish I could have stayed for ever.
The host was great too. Answered any texts I sent within minutes but never intruded on the property.
Chehalem Valley is a subset of the Willamette Valley, home to hundreds of wineries and tasting rooms. Wine tourism in the region includes a diverse offering such as bike, equestrian and hot air balloon tours. The Oregon coast and the Columbia River Gorge are also popular destinations and only about an hour drive. Downtown Portland is also nearby with many acclaimed art galleries, museums, restaurants and rooftop bars.
