As you enter this inviting villa, you are greeted with an open floor plan perfect for any Hilton Head Island getaway. The fully equipped kitchen features new appliances to include convection range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area where there is seating for 6. Past the dining room is the comfortable living room which offers a 50" flat screen TV and access to the patio.
The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first bedroom offers two twin beds, a flat screen TV and a private bath. The master has a king sized bed, flat screen TV, private bath and access to a private balcony.
Other amenities include a new Weber kettle grill, a laundry room and a half bath for guest use downstairs.
Stoney Creek is located a short walk from the dining, shopping and activities of Harbour Town in Sea Pines. This complex offers guests a large, complex swimming pool.
Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but not accessible for our guests to park in the lot starting March 23 to Labor Day; you may still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley. An alternative beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.
