What makes our unit unique is that we are an end unit on the 21st floor. We have the absolute BEST views on the beach! Our Balcony is one of the few that is open on two sides allowing for unobstructed views of the Gulf and those amazing Panama City Beach Sunsets. You also do not have any neighbors on one side. The condo has 1150 sq ft of living space, making it one of the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the beach. The balcony is huge! 300 sq ft of outdoor space and almost twice the size of most other balconies. We have a table that sits 6 on the balcony and there is still plenty of room. If you are staying beachfront it is because you want to see the Beach! It doesn’t get any better than this!

We are located in the center of Panama City Beach - making it close to everything and by far the best location on the beach.

Why K Tori's Beach Rentals - Marcy Brown chose Long Beach

We bought here at Ocean Villa because it is in the center of the beach close to everything. We also loved the spaciousness of the interior space and the oversized balcony. Afterall, when we come down we want to be able to spend as much time outside as possible. We also like to eat our meals on the balcony while overlooking the sea life.

Fabulous time

Marcy was wonderful to deal with and so helpful. The place was roomy and had a spectacular view. Ocean Villas was well maintained with workers constantly working on the place with painting, cleaning, etc. Our place was roomy and nicely decorated. It had a nice open layout so the ocean was always visible. We saw dolphins and sting rays from our balcony and the weather was outstanding. The only negative was the cleanliness of the place. The carpet needed either to be cleaned or replaced. The ceiling fans were white but the edges were black from built up dust on the backside,. The artificial palm tree leaves were coated in dust. The vacuum cleaner spit out stuff when I vacuumed and was clogged with dirt and the filter was caked in hair when I cleaned it. Besides cleaning the place, I also cleaned the balcony and windows to the sliding doors that needed to be cleaned. I would recommend a better cleaning crew and vacuum cleaner. The kitchen also lacked some necessary items as measuring cups/spoons, can opener, and sharp knives. You would enjoy Ocean Villa, working with Marcy, and the people were so friendly. Thank you Marcy for helping to make our stay a success and hopefully the critique will be helpful in improving the unit which was very nice.

Beautiful PCB Beachfront Condo

Walking into this spacious 1100 sq ft. condo, you are immediately greeted with an entire glass balcony that opens up to the most beautiful view of the beach and expansive ocean. Right away you know you’ve made the perfect decision in renting this unit. The wrap around balcony is an end unit which gives you even a better impressive view. The condo itself feels even more spacious because of the 10ft ceiling..which a lot of rentals don’t have. We enjoyed our 3 weeks, and would definitely recommend this condo. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was a bonus as we like to cook some meals. The unit was cleaned perfectly, and the beds and bedding were better than hotel quality. Water pressure in the two full bathrooms, was appreciated. The furniture was comfortable. The building is a few steps to the sugar sand beach. 2 pools and a large hot tub was great. Parking was easy, you could sometimes get a spot under the building or the parking garage across the street with easy access via a enclosed walkway over the road. The road is currently being worked on, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Now the condo manager Marcy Brown, was the most delightful person I’ve met. We communicated a few times a week, and she was always concerned if we needed anything, or suggestions where to eat. The owner of this condo definitely has an asset with Marcy as their rental manager...shes much more than that. The weather was a bit cool for January, which we learned was unusual. A few of the businesses on the strip were closed for the winter season, but there would be a lot to do, during the high season. Again, many thanks Marcy for the opportunity to rent this beachfront condo. It was great meeting Rob, an awesome

man. We definitely would be a repeat guest, whenever we are back to Panama City Beach. Kindest regards, Joyce and Jean.
