This Affordable unit will WOW you when you see the views from huge balcony!

Welcome to Ocean Villa #2101

What makes our unit unique is that we are an end unit on the 21st floor. We have the absolute BEST views on the beach! Our Balcony is one of the few that is open on two sides allowing for unobstructed views of the Gulf and those amazing Panama City Beach Sunsets. You also do not have any neighbors on one side. The condo has 1150 sq ft of living space, making it one of the largest 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the beach. The balcony is huge! 300 sq ft of outdoor space and almost twice the size of most other balconies. We have a table that sits 6 on the balcony and there is still plenty of room. If you are staying beachfront it is because you want to see the Beach! It doesn’t get any better than this!

We are located in the center of Panama City Beach - making it close to everything and by far the best location on the beach.

PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO BOOK THIS CONDO DURING SPRING BREAK, IF YOU DO NOT MEET THE AGE REQUIREMENTS (For unrelated guests, ALL must be at least 25 y/o; For families, parents must be at least 25 y/o, their children can be under-age). I

Management checks and IDs everyone during spring break! They fine $100 per day for violation and evict.

We bought here at Ocean Villa because it is in the center of the beach close to everything. We also loved the spaciousness of the interior space and the oversized balcony. Afterall, when we come down we want to be able to spend as much time outside as possible. We also like to eat our meals on the balcony while overlooking the sea life.

The most beautiful view!!!!

The condo was very clean and spacious! The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. Even on a holiday weekend there wasn't a lot of noise from neighbors and the elevator waits weren't too long. Even the parking wasn't that bad. If you happen not to catch a spot under the building, the walkway from across the street is very nice! Marcy from K.Tori's Beach Rentals was very helpful and always quick to respond when called!

The best thing about this condo though...... THE VIEW! Morning coffee and the sounds of the ocean were unbeatable! Watching the sun set with a cool ocean breeze blowing, PRICELESS!!!! You will not find a bettter view than this, I promise!!! This is going to be our go to condo for years to come!!!! Thank you so much for making our holiday weekend getaway the best ever!!!!

This was by far the best service we have experienced on a stay at PCB.

The condo was nice with a beautiful view. The bathroom in master bedroom could use an update with a walk in shower and the doorways could stand replacement. I would stay again because even though it could be updated a bit, it was a wonderful easy experience with check in and the overall helpful and cleanliness of the entire facility.

This was a great place! Nice clean and spectacular views! The only thing is the road work that is going on (not at all the condos fault) and the fact that you can't get to the beach at all before 830am or after 11pm unless you walk all the way around and down the public access. But other then that is a beautiful place, clean , comfy and a great location

Condo was very nice, had everything you needed, the most amazing views.

The condo was great, had everything you needed. The indoor pool was closed most of the week which caused the outdoor pool extremely crowded, the hot tub was not working properly two days we were there, but other than that was a great trip, Marcy was great ,she made our stay awesome.
