Quiet Downtown Condo With Amazing Views!

  • 5 of 5

This was our 2nd visit to Reno, and we were lucky enough to stay at the same property. Walk to pretty much everything that the downtown has to offer. This place is a must stay, and the hosts are very responsive.

Perfection on location and attention to detail

  • 5 of 5

This was our second stay in the Aiazzis' condominium. It felt like "coming home" . Both Dave and DeLores are wonderful owners - and always take care of things immediately if clients would need anything. The condo is beautifully set up and has lovely views of the river and downtown Reno. The condo has everything one would need while staying there - a very nice kitchen - small but workable, and comfy furniture in every room. Having a parking spot in the garage is a bonus, and with laundry facilities on the second floor - one does not have to go out for any chores. The condo reflects the age of when it was built with the sort of retro colors in the bath rooms - but the wall and carpeting colors are neutral - soothing and welcoming. The lighting is great and the huge closet in the bedroom is so helpful for storage and hanging clothes. It is the huge windows and perfect location that make this so attractive - who could not love seeing the fat ducks and geese on the Truckee River just waiting for the bread people tend to feed them! Walking to great restaurants, the art gallery, and entertainment is a special perk of this location. While location makes a huge difference, the comfort and care of a property by its owners is what really counts - and on that aspect - Dave and Delores Aiazzi are top notch!

We fell in love with Reno - for its restaurants, arts, proximity to Tahoe, and the friendly people.

We are not Casino people - but that part of the equation is there if people want it. Reno is so much more than that. It really has become "The Biggest Little City in the World".

In closing, I have to say a big thank you to DeLores and Dave Aiazzi for sharing their condo and city with us.

Ideal location

  • 5 of 5

We loved the apartment. Dave and DeLores were always reachable and helpful in making the arrangements and sorting out arrival and departures. The views are even better than the pictures and we had everything we needed. It is perfectly situated and Dave oriented us to where we were in Reno and gave us great tips on events. #1tip was that there were 30 muralists in town painting /installing murals and that there was a walking tour of several of the in-progress murals. He even sent me the link later that day. It was a fascinating tour. We really enjoyed Reno and will be back for a longer stay. My hot tip is to go to Coffeebar (6am-9pm daily) at the corner of Lander St and Mt Rose St. The coffee and food were outstanding!

Best Views in Reno and Right Downtown

  • 5 of 5

This was one of our best stays in Reno! This apartment is located on the corner of the building right above the river and park and has incredible views of the city. The location can't be beat, with secure parking and within walking distance to great restaurants, bars and cafes. Very hospitable, friendly and accommodating owner, who has done a nice job with the design of the place, keeping the nostalgic charm of the building alive, which is from the 1960's. We loved just sitting on the balcony and had a very comfortable stay. Hope to be back again soon!
