This is a one of a kind loft lodging right in the middle of Hot Springs' restaurant and night life district. This is a huge space, utterly unique and charming, perfect for two couples. The kitchen is beautiful and and even came equipped with a dozen eggs and butter!. The bedrooms are magnificent with a deck on the back and a third floor balcony overlooking Central out front. Can't recommend this enough. A great party space or in our case, a wonderful, romantic weekend escape.
Hot Springs has a New Winner
I was lucky enough recently to be one of the first to stay at Capone's Loft. Hot Spring's finest, bar none. The owners have thought of everything to make it a home away from home. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Full kitchen with a grill out back. Deck on the front to watch those below. I was able to entertain clients while I was in town and gave them a choice of restaurants for dinner. They all chose to stay in at the loft, grill steaks and play pool.
A truly perfect set-up and the owners were very quick to reply with any questions. The only place to stay in Hot Springs from here on out!! Once the word gets out, this place will be tough to find an open date.
Outstanding in every way!
I had friends visiting from out of town and I arranged for them to stay at Capone's Loft. Here are their comments. "We have stayed at several different nightly rental properties and Capone's Loft far exceeded all expectations. All the way down to fresh orange juice in fridge along with fresh eggs. Everything was spotless and pristine. The view of downtown is awesome and it was so nice to watch all the activity on Central Avenue from the balcony. We have a new favorite place to stay while visiting our friends in Hot Springs.
This is a fabulous place! My daughter and her new husband stayed here during their wedding weekend and loved it. It was immaculately decorated and the owners were very accommodating. It’s also in a great area of downtown close to all!
Thank you so much!!
Best Vacational Rental in Downtown Hot Springs
Capone’s loft was amazing. The attention to detail to ensure our stay was comfortable was top notch. There was nothing overlooked amenity wise from the pool table, keg tap, X-Box for the kids, and grill for BBQing. The historical preservation was unlike anything I have seen in a VRBO...several unique items and pictures that can’t be seen anywhere else in the city. Wally and his wife made us feel right at home and I would recommend Capones Loft to anyone coming to Hot Springs looking for a special place to make unforgettable memories.
First of all, I almost don't want to even leave a review because that'll just mean people will find out about this gem. To start with, I would like to mention the outstanding hospitality from the owner, Wallace. His response time is almost immediate so it made booking this place a lot easier than most. I booked this place to surprise my husband for his 32nd birthday and he loved it. We were welcomed with his favorite bottle, a card, and birthday balloon from "Capone". The fridge had snacks and breakfast ready for us to cook and most importantly, there was a kegger! Two different types of beer on tap, ready for us to drink. This place is a lot bigger in person than it is in the pictures. Both rooms were very large with a king-sized bed in each. The master bedroom has its own bathroom. There is another full bathroom right beside the second bedroom. I can't even begin to describe the cleanliness of this place. Everything was brand new with high-end appliances, electronics, and furniture. You can tell they did not cut any corners when remolding this place. The details of the loft are what really made the difference for us. My husband is a history nerd and loves anything related to MOBs. There are legit history pieces all over the loft with notes hanging up for you to read and learn about. Upon arrival, I would recommend a brief tour with Wallace to learn more about the place so you don't miss out on the details. The pool table was a huge plus for us. There is also a closet filled with board games that we did use. Right beside the fridge is a photobooth with an instafilm camera you can use. Yes, we are the ones marked, "The first ones". We enjoyed the loft so much that we only went out to dinner once. The second night, we decided to order take-out and played board games with my in-laws. The loft is on the third floor so the view was great. It was a little chilly the weekend we went so we didn't get the chance to enjoy the private balcony as much as we wanted. No, you do not have to carry your things up to the third floor. There is another entrance through the back patio that sits on the second level. All you have to do is pull up through the alley and you're there. There's also a deck with a grill out back. Everything you need is there. Shampoo/conditioner, towels, pots/pans, kitchenware, grillware, cups/plates/bowls, silverware Keurig, water dispenser through the fridge...this place has it all! Book this place ASAP before it's sold out!!!
