WHAT TO EXPECT?
- A nice and well decorated apartment, approved by previous guests with five star reviews.
- A very reasonable price for the conditions of the apartment and for its good location.
WHAT TYPE OF PROPERTY?
Large apartment with one bedroom en suite and a second bathroom, one double bed and one sofa bed.
It has a private garden at the front of the room and the bedroom, at a distance of thirty meters from the pool.
The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped.
Private parking is available on site.
WHAT IS THE LOCATION?
Rua Dunfermline, Edifício Rodrimar, 8200 - 188 - Albufeira, near the main avenue of Albufeira, without losing the tranquility of the apartment.
WHICH DISTANCE TO THE BEACH?
Ten to fifteen minutes walk - Praia dos Alemães, Forte de São João beach, Inatel beach.
THE APARTMENT HAS INTERNET?
Yes, the apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi internet and with Cable TV (more than one hundred channels, of the most varied languages).
HOW ARE THE KEYS OF THE APARTMENT DELIVERED TO ME?
The keys are delivered by me at check-in.
If you can not be present, the keys will be in a key box near the entrance of the apartment (in this case I give all the detailed information, in advance).
IS IT POSSIBLE TO CHECK-OUT OR CHECK-OUT OUTSIDE THE SCHEDULED TIMES?
Yes, as long as this is feasible and agreed in advance.
WHAT ABOUT SAFETY?
Thinking of the safety of my guests the apartment is all electric, not having any gas installation. There is no balcony, only terraces for the private garden.
In the apartment you can also find a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and a first aid box.
WHAT IS THE DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT?
About thirty-six kilometers

IS THE APARTMENT AVAILABLE FOR LONGER STAYS?
Yes, there are special conditions for longer stays during the months of December, January, February and March.
WHAT TO DO DURING MY STAY?
- Enjoy the Algarve sun on one of the many award-winning beaches.
- Eat out and try the Portuguese food, such as fresh fish from the Algarve.
- Drive around the Algarve region by car.
- Visit one of the islands of the Ria Formosa.
- Visit a water park (Zoomarine, Aquashow, ...)
- Take a boat trip along the coast of Albufeira.
- Visit the caves of Galé and Benagil by boat.
- Take a tour of the city on the tourist train.
- Stroll through the old town of Albufeira (Praia dos Pescadores).
- Take a photograph at the "Pau da Bandeira" viewpoint in the old town.
- Shopping in the Algarve Shopping Mall (one hundred and ten shops, restaurants and cinemas in English).
- Play Bowling at the Marina in Albufeira.
- Visit the International Festival of Sand Sculptures (FIESA).
- Visit the Marina of VilaMoura.
- Visit Silves and its Castle.
- Visit the Castle of Paderne.
WHAT SHOULD I KEEP ATTENTION?
- The check-in and check-out time can be changed to the time of your convenience, whenever the rotation of the apartment allows it and whenever this is agreed in advance.
- The main access to the apartment is via stairs.
- If you travel by plane, you must send the flight number.
- The estimated time of arrival at the apartment should be indicated.
- The apartment must be returned clean and tidy as delivered, so no cleaning fee will be charged.
If you prefer you can ask for a cleaning, up to 24 hours before the end of your stay.
This cleaning for the end of your stay will cost 25.00 euros, will be made only after your departure and without any concern for you - I will take care of everything :)
- In the months of January, February and March, an energy charge of 0.16 KW will be charged (given the low rental charges charged, this rate partially covers energy costs, avoiding excessive expenses and their consequent costs).
This fee should be paid in cash only at the end of the stay and my guests will be able to check their energy consumption whenever they want, near the apartment's entrance door.
