The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor and is accessible via two flights of stairs. There is no lift to the apartment and may, therefore, be less satisfactory to people with mobility issues. The apartment itself is on a single level.
The external features of the property include a 15-metre heated swimming pool (open May-September), set in a grassed area with sun loungers and chairs, which is surrounded by attractive gardens. The apartment has an outside, south-facing balcony, with a table and seating and which is accessible from the lounge and bedroom 1.
