About Beach Resort Services
Beach Resort Services is a family owned and operated business that opened its doors in 1995. The company is run by three generations of family, and with the 4th generation working their way up, we hope to continue the family tradition for years to come. We are a family, helping families to have a vacation of fun and a lifetime of memories. Our family started vacationing here in the summer of 1958 and never missed a summer until the day we moved here in 1976. Our mother Catherine, who founded this BRS worked for another property management company from '76-'95 when she was encouraged to open her own business! We started our company with 13 homes, no computer an 1 telephone. In 2004 BRS was voted the fastest growing company in Brazoria County. From day one to today and for many years to come we love what we do and feel privileged to share your vacation with you!
Why Beach Resort Services chose Surfside Beach
If you are looking for a newer clean contemporary FAMILY FRIENDLY FUN PROPERTY.... THIS IS YOUR HOUSE! This is 1 of 6 properties on Howard Ave. (better know at the "Howard Street Houses") so invite friends and neighbors to stay next door. This particular property is as close as you can get to the beach from Howard Ave. From the moment you drive up you will get a warm fuzzy "east coast" feeling with the comfort of a sweet small community. Imagine 3 bathrooms! This is rare in most vacation rental properties. Designed specifically for vacationers this property makes use of every sq. in. of space and yet... it comes with 4 decks all with both beach and bay views. Both downstairs decks are accessible from the living room and kitchen, both decks upstairs are accessible from the bedrooms. Honestly, "Come To The Well" is the sweetest & most comfortable property and once you rent it you won't be able to imagine yourself anywhere else during your precious and hard earned vacation days. The family that owns this property sincerely enjoys their home and yet feels honored to share it with families from all over the world. They take great pride and many extra steps to ensure each guest feels special. You can't miss all the little things at this home.
What makes this House unique
The greatest benefit to renting "COME TO THE WELL" would be both renting a newer well maintained home and the ability to invite friends and families to rent any 1 of 6 other vacation rental homes on this same street. The "Howard Street Houses" are extremely popular with church groups, family reunions and corporate events.

It was Good. Really enjoyed the beach.
Fun family weekend
Home was in a good location, steps away from the beach. Great ocean views. Kitchen had everything we needed. Would give it 5 stars overall if the 'flat-scout camp mattresses' were upgraded and the bbq grill replaced (very tiny-dirty). Would recommend it to other families.
Spent a couple of months, quiet & peaceful stay. Easy beach access. Leasing agent very responsive & quick if any issue arises.
“Come To The Well” is a newer house that was completed in the Summer of 2014. Inside you will find a beautifully decorated, contemporary and well laid out home. Downstairs is the Kitchen, Dining, Living Room, Guest Bathroom, Washer/Dryer and access to 2 different decks. Upstairs is 2 Master Suites that each have their Private Decks and situated between them is the third bedroom.
From any of the four decks, you will enjoy multiple water views of both the Bay and the Gulf. On the ground level is plenty of covered parking, enclosed shower, hose and campsite styled BBQ pit.
Wake in the morning and fall asleep at night to the sound of the waves. Smell the ocean spray, watch the waves roll in and observe nature all around you. Gorgeous sunsets, brown pelicans soaring across the sky and dolphins playing in the waves are just a few sights that will remain with you long after you have arrived home and tug at your heart until you return.
I thought I would provide some links that would give you some information about things to do in our area.
I sincerely hope you enjoy our sweet little coastal community which was established in 1821 as “Old Velasco”. Surfside Beach is a golf cart friendly community. You can bring yours from home or rent one when you get here. There are user friendly golf cart facts which make it fun to get to restaurants, stores, other beach areas, etc...
You will want to drive your vehicle around when site-seeing. Our island is 14 miles long. At the far end you will find Treasure Island/San Luis Pass which is famous for fishing and beachcombing. On the other end you will find the Jetty Waterway where the smallest of fishing boats to the largest cargo & oil tankers enter and exit. It's really fun to watch.
Near Surfside is Lake Jackson, Clute & Freeport. 10 min away is shopping, restaurants, activities, museums and more.
