5 of 5 Stars---Great House! The pictures don't do it justice! Michael was really friendly and got back to me very quickly and got everything done in a timely fashion. We had 7 guys staying in the house for Jazz Fest. Was very doable and plenty of space to hold all of us. Neighbors were super friendly. Great neighborhood too! Short walk to the street car. Thank you Michael for your hospitality!!! You and your house made our NOLA trip Very Special!

Our Garden District Neighborhood is Wonderful with tons of Eclectic Restaurants (Juan's Flying Burrito, Maya's Latin American Restaurant, Pho Noi Viet, Nile, Stein's Deli); Cafes (Honey Deux, RiverLuna); Bars

(Half-Moon, The Saint, Garden District Pub, Tracey's, Down the Hatch) and Shops (Free People,

Awesome place!

My family and I decided to take a trip to see family in NOLA. There were 6 of us ranging from age 21 to 78. The condo was perfect. The twenty somethings stayed in the lower bedroom so they could come and go as they pleased. It was a bit tricky in the mornings because you have to walk through that room to get to the kitchen but we made it work. The condo really is beautiful and well kept. It had everything that we needed plus it was close to everything.

There are lots of great places to eat and very close to the streetcar line. The information that Micheal provides is very helpful. We went to a lot of the places that he recommended. Our favorite meal came from Superior Steak and seafood. It was not on the list but I highly recommend going. There are a few nice little bars on Magazine St that we found so if you want a place to have a beer without having to go far, Down the Hatch is a good option.

I would definitely without a doubt rent this place again if we come back to NOLA. Thanks Michael for making our stay amazing. We loved everything about it!

Great place to stay!!!!

My husband and I decided to take a trip to Nola with some of our friends. This was the perfect place to stay! We bought a 3 day jazzy pass and used be street car. The condo is within walking distance to the car stops. The condo was great. There was more than enough room and we had anything we might need there. We will definitely book again for our future trips. Made our Nola trip even better. We even met Michael on the way out and he was very friendly.
