Clean , fully stocked with essentials. We spent a week here. Perfect location. Owner was more than reasonable and accommodating when we broke a piece of furniture. He was easy to work with. The view is amazing. Washer and dryer in the condo. We will be back!

The cabin was perfect for our family of four!

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Colorado and we were not disappointed one bit. The cabin was very nice and the perfect size for our family. It was in a very convenient location for either a day of shopping the local shops or heading into Rocky Mountain National Park for some hiking like we often did. My boys stated this was the "Best Vacation Ever!!!!" and we have been on many 😊?

Amazing Vacation Cabin

  • 5 of 5

We recently took our first family vacation to Estes Park with our two year old. We booked Alex's cabin on the Thompson River, and it was amazing. We loved having separate rooms so our daughter could go to bed early! The kitchen was well stocked and had things like coffee, condiments, wine opener, dishes, wine glasses, etc. All we had to bring was food! There were also added touches such as kiddie plates, washer/dryer and a hairdryer. Our favorite part of the cabin was relaxing on the porch in the evenings. On our last night, an elk walked within feet of us, and we got to watch her graze. The cabin's location is perfect for a family with small children, as downtown is a 5 minute drive, and the Rocky Mountain National Park is 10 minutes away. This made it possible for us to hike or explore and still be home for naptime. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make the most of their time in Estes Park. We hope to be back!

Wish they allowed 1/2 stars, it would definitelly be a 4 1/2!

The cabin is adorable and you can't beat the location. Convenient to both downtown Estes and to RMNP. The owner has thought of pretty much everything! They have done an excellent job with the remodel and the floor-plan, while compact is very well thought out. The only thing that could make it better is an upgrade in the mattresses. They aren't too comfortable. We would definitely stay here again, but would hope to sleep a little better.

We had a wonderful week stay at the cabin. It was the perfect size for my husband and I and our two young boys. It had everything we needed for a great stay. The river was just a short walk down and it had great views! Thank you!

Cozy, convenient, and affordable!

  • 5 of 5

After deciding we wanted to spend a week in Colorado my girlfriend and I looked around until we came across this cabin. We felt the location, looks of the place, and price were all we'd been searching for. After a nice drive up from Denver we crossed over gorgeous Lake Estes and into the charming mountain town of Estes Park. From there it only got better.

The cabin is well furnished, well supplied, and well located for a great Rocky Mountain vacation. We appreciated all the owners put into making this a special place that only adds to an already wonderful town to visit!
