The ONLY CON... For you non beach dwellers - Our garage is on an alley... she isn't pretty but she takes you to our garage... which is good, right? But once you enter the garage, then into your adorable oasis... you are in your own snugly sanctuary!!
The reality of CDM, like all old Southern California beach communities was designed with an alley system that stretches from North to South. If you walk 2-minutes around the corner to PCH, the park, and a few more minutes to the beach, but are not sure of the idea of an alley, (even safe ones like ours), you probably will want to stay inland. (Let's face it, alleys are meant to be functional.)
That choice will not have an enclosed oversized garage, will be further from the sand and you'll pay PREMIUM PRICES for a 'Typical Well-Used' and Sparse vacation rental with little charm.
