About Christa Cranston
After quitting our own business (Mark) and corporate job (me) and then selling our home with everything in it, we travelled the US in our motorhome for what came to be 6 wonderful years! We drove our motorhome to Joshua Tree in 2004 to visit friends and never left. It is a beautiful place!
Christa Cranston purchased this House in 2005
Why Christa Cranston chose Joshua Tree
It's seclusion but close proximity to town makes this a lovely location. We love that it sits on a dead end street, never having to see or hear through traffic. Your neighbors are the rocks and mountains this home sits up against. Peace and quiet..

Private location and gorgeous views
Had an excellent time in this beautiful property. The views were spectacular. We had a lot of fun using the jacuzzi as well.
Perfect house for a perfectly relaxing getaway.
Great house for relaxing with a group of friends. We were a group of six women and we all enjoyed it. Comfortable, beautiful landscaping and scenery, and great energy.
What a wonderful place to stay! Great view and very private. Accommodations are an A+++. Would definitely book this lovely home next time I am in Joshua Tree.
Thank you for your review Mary Beth, we enjoyed having you! Glad the house lived up to your expectations and we look forward to having you again should you ever come back to the area.
Fantastic property, cozy home with all we needed!
My family spent a long weekend in JTree for a wedding and we just loved our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable and the home has such a great vibe!
This place is amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay here. All the amenities of home and then some. The hot tub was the perfect way to end our day after our adventures in the park. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. In fact we probably should have gone there first before the grocery store bc we ended buying a few things already there. The location was peaceful, unique, and private yet only a short drive into town. We'll definitely be back. Thanks.
Thank you for your review Laura! So glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and all that our El Coyote house has to offer. We hope to have you back again soon!
This is a beautiful place and we would come back and recommend it to others
