The Sand & Sea complex even includes an elevator that will take you up to your room and an unbeatable position mere steps from the sandy ocean beach and the famous Seaside Promenade.

Sand & Sea is located right on the beach and adjacent to the Promenade, making it an ideal spot for leisurely strolls at sunset. The residence is just two blocks south of Broadway, which is Seaside's prime destination for fun dining, shopping, and entertainment. Guests of all ages are sure to enjoy a visit to the Seaside Aquarium, only five blocks north.

Leaving so relaxed and rested

We had an incredible time at this property. The listing is accurate and the place is full of light and super comfy. Being on the 6th floor the view is nice with a partial view of the beach. Our last night we experienced a storm and with the large windows it was quite a show with lightning to boot. The only slightly off thing was the bed. It was a lovely king sized bed but there is a thick foam topper on it that leaves you feeling as though you are sleeping on a giant marshmallow. I still slept good, just kind of strange. Very soft and squishy. Oh and the fan in the bathroom needs fixing. We definitely recommend this site! Thanks for everything.

Wonderful stay

The view to the south was wonderful. Checkin and parking and front desk staff were friendly and easy. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. We had everything we needed.
