Just 'living the dream' and sharing this wonderful location with great people
John Wilson purchased this cottage in 1982
Beautiful Beach with River access to Ocean-- a rare combination for beaching and boating!
Warm salt water sandy beach (not rocky)--mild waves--life guards--shark free for great beach and water fun! Walking home is closer than walking to the bath house...and beach access is FREE!
The house has a great location that gives you enough privacy but speedy access to the beach. Having a small family with a 1 year old, I found it safe, clean And stocked with everything we would need outside of food. This also included beach blankets, umbrella, chairs and balls. Another big perk was having the ability to do laundry at the house since cloths tend to pile up with the little guy.
The backyard offers some amazing unadvertised river views that you can see from the mosquito free deck or dock. In addition , you have the option of using a row boat on rotating days for a little adventure.
The owner was quick to respond and very supportive.
We had a great stay and are already starting to plan for next year!
If I could make it July forever, I would stay at the cottage forever also :)
Small place but perfectly laid out and has everything you need.
Secluded and quiet
Clean and well maintained.
Fantastic customer service, wonderful owners
I recommend it to everyone
Love the beach and the food places on the beach.
Close to Hyannis and all the good restaurants and activities around there
We had a fantastic holiday at this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and ideally located on an estuary just a short walk from the beach. It was the perfect size for our small family of three. My two year old is still asking to go back to the beach house! We hope to enjoy it again next year.

Great house, in a great location. The house is very well kept, and the location is really great. Very private, but can walk to the beach. The back porch is a great place to relax.
Amazing. Just a wonderful opportunity to stay at such a beautiful cottage like this. Thank you sooooooo much Joanne and John once again for a wonderful stay. Lucas and I cannot wait to come back next summer. Road House was our favorite place to eat after along day at the beach.
Thank you Again
The owners provide everything we needed to have a romantic and wonderful honeymoon. The view is just outstanding. Breath talking… The cottage is so private that I felt that I was on another planet. The river behind the house moves like silk. The senery arttracts beautiful birds. Great for site seeing. The beach is so easy to access. I go there in 80 steps!
