As of March 18, 2017 we no longer rent to vacationing students under 25 years old!

Your walk to the beach is just a hop skip and a jump (approx. 300 yards with private access). You’re close enough to run back to the unit in case you forgot something or need a short break from the sun, although beach umbrellas and chairs are available for a fee from private vendors.

Max 10 people! Parking is limited to 2 cars. Additional cars on first come basic.

And if you just want to hang around at the pool, the unit is right next door. The balconies overlook the pool, allowing the adults to socialize on the balcony or patio while overseeing and directing the activities in the pool area.

The unit is fully equipped including washer/dryer and one car garage. Just bring your personal items and beach towels, the rest is already here. Beach chairs, a wagon and beach toys are in the garage for you to use.

There are 5 separate sleeping areas each with TV (1 King BR, 2 Queen BR’s, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in LR, and 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in Den on 3rd floor).

The first floor has a large BR (queen bed), a full private bath and private patio. The first floor also has the washer/dryer and a one car garage.

The second floor has the living room (sleeper sofa), dining room, kitchen, full bath, and small bedroom (queen bed), large balcony with gas grill. The balcony has gulf views and overlooks the community pool.

The third floor has a separate den (1-queen sleeper sofa), balcony with great views of gulf, and the master BR (king bed) with full private bath, walk-in closet, wet bar, small refrigerator, and coffee maker.

The balcony views at Beach Pointe #601 are different than other Beach Pointe units since the pool area doesn’t obstruct the views. Other units have obstructed views to the south and southwest.

Beach Pointe is small group of town homes located directly on Scenic Hwy 98 opposite the beach. Beach Pointe is located just west and almost across the street of the Capt. Dave's restaurant. (On the Walton/Okaloosa County line.)Adjacent properties are The Enclave, Terra Cotta Terrace, and Chateau Le Mer.

Loved our Destin vacation!

This was the perfect unit for our 2 families! Short 2 min walk to the beach, in an area that wasn't crowded for beach spots. We'd spend all morning at the beach and then cool off in the pool which was right next to the unit. So easy to run and grab something and be back at the pool. Or let the littles nap, and still feel close to the group. The unit itself was great, no issues, all in working order. Totally stocked for your beach needs, all the toys you need, a canopy, and a wagon to tote it all. Kitchen fully stocked, everything we needed. Short drive to our fav family restaurant The Crab Trap! We loved our stay here and are already planning our next year's vacay!

Great vacation rental

Mrs. Denise was very helpful and friendly! The townhouse was clean and well maintained! And as promised only a short walk to the beach. We loved it so much we are planning on returning to the same place this year!

Gorgeous property

The pictures didn't do this property justice... Ms Denise was very hospitable and responded to my text messages promptly... The townhouse was clean and neatly stocked.. My whole family loved it.. The beach was in walking distance.. We will be returning

Whole Foods close by, and best Thai food ever just around the corner at Real Thai.

Sad property

We spent the month of February 2017 at this property. First, Denise was great, had a few problems upon arrival and Denise promptly took care of them. Bathrooms were clean, but that's where it ended. Pictures of property at accurate; however, they do not show wear and tear and neglect of property. Property needs a complete remodel. Location is great but we will not be staying there again.

Great vacation location!

Beach Pointe was a great townhome with all the amenities we needed. We were a short walk to the beach, the pool was next door, the inside of the home was clean and well kept. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting Destin!!
