A new apartment boasting high ceilings and comfortably fitting up to 4 people. Centrally located on a quiet street of a lovely viennese period building district, the flat remains only 4 minutes walking distance to the closest subway station & tram stop

THE SPACE

The apartment has been recently entirely refurbished, same as the stunning period building located in district 18th. Located on the ground floor, is provided with 4 windows facing the sun most of the day on a quite residential road for good nights of rest.

The apartment, elegantly decorated, presents a large LIVING ROOM with dining table for 4 people. A Flat TV console provides up to 80 international channels, DVD player and Free WI-FI. A comfortable sofa bed is available for extra sleeping arrangements.

The fully equipped KITCHEN comes with fridge, espresso machine, dishwasher, electric hub, microwave, toaster, and Kettle. All pots & pans as well as cutlery, dishes and other cooking facilities are also provided.

The DOUBLE BEDROOM fits a comfortable double bed, wardrobe and safe box.

The MAIN BATHROOM is equipped with cabin shower and washing machine/drier combo, iron and ironing board are stored in a separate corner.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

Once your reservation has been confirmed, the main correspondence will be held by e-mail in order to arrange your check-in. You local host will welcome you at the property at your best convenience and will quickly explain you the main features of the apartment or answer your questions.

We also offer pick up service from the airport and train stations and extra cleaning/ironing services are available upon payment of a fee.

Perfect accommodation

The apartment was perfect for us. Everything had been thought of. We were a little way out of the centre of Vienna but the trains were so good and very frequent and it only took about 15 minutes. It was only a two minute walk to the station. It was really good to come back to the quiet of the apartment after a busy day visiting all the galleries etc. We enjoyed a local restaurant called La Pashione. We Wii certainly recommend this accommodation.

Die Wohnung ist super sauber und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Bett und Dusche sind sehr gut. In Laufnähe befindet sich alles an Läden, Restaurants und öffentlichem Nahverkehr, was man benötigt. Ganz toll ist der Kutschkermarkt!! Wir werden das Apartment das nächste Mal in Wien wieder buchen.

Pragtfuld lejlighed centralt beliggende med kort afstand til både metro og sporvogn. Alt var helt perfekt, nyt og rent og som beskrevet. Der var lidt problemer med kommunikationen ved ankomsten, men det var udelukkende vores teleselskabs skyld. Ingrid kom så hurtigt hun kunne til lejligheden og vi fik en meget fin modtagelse med gode råd om Wien. Hvis vi kommer tilbage hertil, vil vi helt sikkert bo her igen!

Un'ottima alternativa al soggiorno in hotel

Nonostante la posizione non sia centrale, come si puo' evincere dalla mappa, l'appartamento e' ben collegato al centro sia dalla metropolitana a due passi da casa che dal servizio citybike dietro l'angolo (noi ci siamo spostate sempre in bicicletta che rimane un ottimo modo per vedere un po' tutta Vienna ben servita da una fitta rete di piste ciclabili). L'appartamento e' molto confortevole, pulito e ben attrezzato. Confermo la gentilezza e l'efficienza di Ingrid come gia' segnalato da altri.

L'assenza di aria condizionata, in alcune giornate calde, penalizza la struttura ma l'impressione e' che a Vienna siano in pochi ad averla.

Excellent choice to stay!

The apartment had an excellent size, all needed for our stay, very clean as we traveled with a small kid. All as presented on the booking site. We spent 2 days in Vienna, the appartment has a great location, quiet neighborhood, 3 min walk from the U-bahn, which is really convenient way to see the city and reach each part you like to see in a short time. Parking is just 3 stops away by U-bahn and the price is great, there are other options bu cost 5 times more a day. I would recommend if you travel by car. Ingrid, our host, provided us excellent guidance as needed and or requested. Regards!

Subway Station nearby, (4 Minutes foot walk) Line U6 connecting with U4 directly to Stephansplatz (City's Central Square) the heart of Vienna in approximately 15 minutes.

Tram Station around the corner (2 minutes walking distance) Line 42 going directly to 'Schottentor' Station, ( in approx. 10 Minutes) where you can walk easily to the city center.

Europe's largest hospital, The AKH is within 5 minutes walking distance from the Apartment linked by a foot bridge.
