PARTIES or PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Rental is calculated accordingly to the number of occupants and if extra guests are found in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect.
We have a strict NO SMOKING POLICY throughout the flat. Should any persons be reported smoking, or our cleaners smell smoke in the rooms an extra charge of 50 Euros will apply either to reinstate the apartment or compensate the following guests for the inconvenience caused.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT times are usually flexible but the indicative times here provided need to be observed if there are other reservations on the same day of your arrival/departure.
