We have enjoyed vacationing in Maui for 20 years. We purchased Kaanapali Royal G301 in January of 2008. In addition, we have a 1bd/1ba 11th floor oceanfront condominium at the Valley Isle Resort on Kahana Beach - Valley Isle Resort 1105.

Why Owner chose Kaanapali
We purchased Kaanapali Royal Resort G301 so we could be very close to Kaanapali Beach, which we believe is the best beach on the island. We also wanted to have extra space for friends and family and roomy relaxation. We particularly enjoy access to all the restaurants/shops on Kaanapali Beach and the walkway along all the resorts.
What makes this Condo unique
Kaanapali Royal G301 is beautifully decorated and extremely roomy and comfortable for families and couples. In addition, it has a propane bbq on the lanai. Its location, an easy 7 minute walk across to Kaanapali Beach, Whalers Village Shopping, and Black Rock Beach make it a reasonably priced alternative to other expensive resorts on Kaanapali Beach. Also, our location is only 2 miles north of Lahaina town.

Pros- It's a nice condo, and is clean! It is on a nice property, away from the hustle and bustle. The beach is a short walk away if you choose Kaanapali Beach. There are many other beaches a short drive close by.
Cons- I slept in the room that is close to the road. It's noisy. The beach is a walk away, but not my favorite, because of the hustle and bustle... There are other beaches close by, my favorite is Baby Beach.
This guest slept in the guest or second bedroom which is closest to the road. However, at 9pm the road noise is virtually none existent as traffic dies down. Though, this guest does not seem to like Kaanapali Beach, it is considered the premier beach on the entire island. The beach has scores of restaurant in the resorts along its 1 mile walkway as well as Whalers Village Shoping center which boasts many shops and more restaurants. For those who aren’t interested in access to so many resources a short walk away, as the guest noted, there are many beaches close by such as Airport Beach, Napili Beach, and Kapalua Beach.
We had a great stay! The unit is very spacious and fully equipped. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. The property is very quiet and peaceful. We had one issue.... with the air conditioning. We arrived on Tues. evening and it was 85 degrees in the unit. We turned on the AC but it wasn't functioning properly as we woke up to it being 82 degrees (the thermostat was set at 72) but had it down to 79 by evening. There were enough fans in the unit for us to be comfortable but it was a bit warm. We reported it Wednesday morning but no one came to look at it until Thursday. On Friday it was reported that there was a problem with the outside unit and would not be able to be repaired until the next week but they did get it up and running better than it had been and our unit cooled off nicely for the weekend. Thank goodness for the fans up until that point!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Maui. The facilities and location were great. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. The owner, Jeff, treated us exceptionally well. He was always accessible, helpful and accommodating. As a family of 4, we had ample space and really made great use of the lanai and BBQ. We hope to be fortunate enough to return to Maui, and if we do, we would absolutely return here.

Perfect location for R&R
My two sons and I recently stayed in this Condo in Maui and it was the perfect location for us. It was close enough to Whalers Village and the beach that we could walk easily but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the resorts that it was relaxing and quiet.
The condo very spacious and felt like home. Everything about it was great.

We had a wonderful vacation and this immaculate condo was certainly a contributing factor. Fantastic location, well-appointed, stocked condo. Owner is very pleasant, providing informative details. There is also a powerful blender in the kitchen that was great for making healthy smoothies! Came home rejuvenated and looking forward to another Maui visit. Don't hesitate if you are looking to stay in Maui ~ this one's a winner!
