The Tides, a gated community, is located just less than one mile from In-town beaches and the boardwalk of Rehoboth Beach and East of Coastal Highway. The community has a beautiful large outdoor swimming pool with hot tub!

This beautiful 3rd floor (with elevator) end unit is very spacious and updated. Enter through the foyer with one bedroom to the left and a large modern kitchen with high-end appliances. There is seating at the counter bar and also a large dining area.

The light enriched living room is very spacious with a large sofa, chairs and flat screen TV. The screened porch is adjacent to the living room through a large slider door.

Large Owner Suite with flat screen TV includes its own bathroom. There is an additional third bedroom.

Great location!

We have stayed at The Tides before and loved the location and the pool/hot tub. The condo was great! The pool area was disappointing. The hot tub is not working and will not be fixed until the fall. The pool was okay. It is in a great location with easy access to everything.
