About this property

Our duplex apartment is situated behind the Taiga restaurant in a quiet corner of the village. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a bath. The Tania gondola is just 200 metres away.

Downstairs is a lounge, fully fitted kitchen (incl. dishwasher and oven), dining area, and an open log fire. There is a bedroom with bunk beds, wardrobe and large storage draws under the beds. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail.

In the lounge we have a Smart TV with English cable channels and a DVD player. We have a selection of board games and dvd's. No French television stations are available.

Upstairs are two further large bedrooms. One has twin beds, and the other a double. The twin room has a tv with video, dvd and Xbox 360. There are a few Xbox games and plenty of dvds. There is a further bathroom with bath, shower and heated tower rail. There is also a separate toilet.

Upstairs there are large storage cupboards for ski wear and boots. There is also a ski locker on the balcony to enable easy storage of ski's. This is a strictly non-smoking apartment.

Perfect location

Great location, just across the road from the ski lift and ski bus stop. Plenty of space and comfortable for the four of us. Beautiful area of the alps with fantastic skiing for us taking our kids on their first skiing trip. Really enjoyed our stay and the communcation and information from Paul and Katy was excellent. Recommended.

Excellent séjour à la Tania

L'appartement est superbe et fonctionnel. Il est aussi très près des pistes. De plus Paul et Katy sont très réactifs. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable et reviendrons avec plaisir. Un tout petit bémol, deux poêles anti-adhésives sont vraiment abîmées et mériteraient d'être changées.

We are a ski loving family who have ski'd the 3 Valleys for about 20 years. In 2006 we bought our 3 bedroom apartment in La Tania which is now our second home. With the Three Valleys having over 200 lifts and 600km of groomed pistes this makes for the perfect skiing holiday. From La Tania you can be in Courcheval 1850 or Meribel within 2 lifts. We enjoy many holidays both throughout the winter and the summer and our apartment has all the home comforts you would expect from a family home.

Why they chose this property

Our property is in a quiet area at the bottom of the village 200m from the main gondola. There is ample parking at the end of the lane. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and the twin room has a tv with Xbox 360 and dvd player. With an open fire, dishwasher and plenty of storage space, our apartment gives you all the comforts you need after a long days skiing. The main village with its bars and shops is a quick hop across the road and up the lift.
