Trulli & Dimore - Villa Caterina

Villa with access to the sea.
Detached villa completely fenced off the sea in San Vito near the new port of Polignano a Mare and with private access to the Porto Cavallo beach in a wonderful setting of rocks and sand. The villa is surrounded by a large square and solarium equipped with deck chairs and a large outdoor shower.
The villa is on two floors: on the groundfloor there is a large living area with sitting room and kitchen with access to the terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy panoramic dinners on a large wooden table and chairs. Loungers to sunbathe. Barbecue.
On the groundfloor there is a master bedroom with a french size bed and a spacious bathroom with bath and shower. A staircase leads to the lower floor where there are two suites with double bedrooms with private bathroom and shower, two double bedrooms with single beds and another bathroom with shower for the double bedrooms. Laundry room.
A short walk from the villa there are Cafès, restaurants and any tourist attractions you can fancy. Polignano a Mare is one of the most famous villages in the area and it fascinates many tourists for its characteristic location on the rocks with a breathtaking panoramic view. The historical centre is the area of most interest with its narrow streets and its several pubs.
Few kilometres away you can visit other villages and towns such as Castellana Grotte, Monopoli, Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Locorotondo and Matera, recently entitled the Capital of Culture 2019.

Online check-in is mandatory: it is free and can be done up to the day before arrival. If this is not done, € 55.00 will be charged (check in fee).

Restful and Lovely

This villa was more than we expected. Clean, charming, great view of the water. Host very accommodating. There was an issue with the gates, but I am sure that has been resolved. We will book this villa again in the future!

Perfetta per gruppi numerosi

La villa è perfetta per accogliere gruppi numerosi con i suoi spazi ampi e l’accesso diretto al mare. Comodissima per chi, come me, non ama lo stress delle vacanze al mare in cui devi svegliarti presto per trovare posto, parcheggiare e stare tutto il giorno sotto al sole. Basta aprire una porticina e ci si trova ad un metro dall’acqua. Consigliate le scarpette da scoglio, la maschera e un materassino/tavoletta se non sapete stare a galla nell’acqua alta. Comodissima anche la doccia esterna nel cortile della casa. Splendida la veranda che affaccia sul mare dotata di un comodo divanetto, sdraie, barbecue e un grande tavolo in legno. Le camere al piano di sotto sono spaziose e fresche in quanto interrate per metà. La casa è a 2 km dal centro di Polignano che può essere raggiunto anche a piedi in mezz’ora passando per la pista ciclabile che affaccia sul mare. Il soggiorno è stato così bello che credo proprio che ci torneremo. 😊

Vacances entre amis

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Nous étions 2 familles et la maison a été parfaite (4 SDB pour 9 personnes !) L’accès direct à la mer est très appréciable. La terrasse avec vue sur la mer est particulièrement agréable quelque soit le moment de la journée. Les photos du site ne rendent pas hommage à la maison qui est beaucoup mieux en vrai ! Location à recommander
