The Space
Our detached coach house above garage is a one bedroom, one bath with living and kitchen area combined located in a lovely residential Surrey B.C. neighbourhood. The parking spot is right beside the coach house. The laundry and kitchen appliances have recently been upgraded. Cooking facilities include a stove, toaster, microwave and fully equipped kitchenware. Wi-Fi, Air Conditioner and cable TV include.

We are located seconds away from a gorgeous pond where you can see Canadian geese and ducks.

Interaction with Guest
The coach house is yours once you have arrived. We interact with guest as much as the guest would like. We are very non-intrusive and will always respect the guest wishes. We are always here to help with anything at any time.

Other Notes
We are close to many shopping areas, grocery stores and anything you might need to shop for during your visit. There are many restaurants in the area. Vancouver is a 45-minute drive, bus connection are within walking distance and we are a 25 minute drive to the USA border.

Great Stay

Place was great for our needs, was clean, quiet and comfortable, perfect for two people. While I didn’t do a lot of cooking, the kitchen seemed very well stocked and everything was clean. Internet was great and allowed me to get some work done. The place is well laid out with plenty of places to plug in for charging. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive. I spend a fair amount of time in the Vancouver area and this place was one of my favorites. Parking could be challenging if you drive a wide, super large vehicle, it’s a little tight, but fine for our mid SUV. I will definitely look for availability the next time I need to stay in this part of the city.

Very suitable for our needs

Quite little place. Easy check-in, no hassle what so ever. Arrive at door, walk inside. Way better option than a hotel. 10 days here, really happy it had a washer and dryer. Place is as described. Parking is typical coach house style, right outside your door.

Clean, well appointed, perfect little place

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet, easy to locate and had everything we could need. The owner was very responsive when I had questions. Just an overall very nice stay that I can highly recommend. Thank you!

Comfy and well laid out

I needed a place to work for a couple of days, and this place was great. Comfy bed, clean, well kept. Congested neighborhood so it may be difficult to park an extra car. TIP: Pull down on the bottom of the faucet to turn on the shower!
