About Paolo Orlando
The Villa is owned by Paolo and Michele Orlando. They have inherited the Villa from their uncle since 2008. They represent the fourth generation of Orlando owners of the property, since their great grandfather had bought it in 1920. They have gone through a thorough restructuring bringing it to its original style and luxury. Paolo and Michele have a real love for the property and what to transfer all this passion to their guest.

Unique property. Furniture and collectibles are original of the 20th century, and have all been collected by the Orlando family. These are well inserted in a structure that has been totally refurbish considering modern standards of confort and leisure. Bathrooms, kitcken, mattresses, bed linen, etc. have all be updated.

It's a unique property on Lake Como because you have the quietest place still 15 minutes from the shopping centre of Bellagio. You are on the lake waters but in 30 minutes you are at the top of the alps. You can do what ever water sport and at the same time going hiking.

You can chose for water sports or typical mountain sports since Lake Como is embedded in the Italian alps. Near the Villa many cultural attraction can be found as there are many historic villas that have been transformed in museums like Villa Carlotta, Villa del Balbianello or Villa Melzi D'Eril. The most famous Hotel lies at 25 minutes boat ride. Villa d'Este is a real pearl. At just 30 minutes lies the most antique Italian golf course. Menaggio is just on the other side of the lake in front of the Villa. All kind of water sports can be found at just 15 minutes from the house as mountains sports. St. Moritz is just at 133 km.
