Great place to stay

First time to Navarre Beach, would recommend this condo to anyone. The views are amazing and the beach was very relaxing. Also, the team that assisted us was so helpful.

Making Memories

Just wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay. The view was just incredible and watching the dolphins play right outside our balcony was amazing. My Mom and Aunt would sit out in the balcony for hours just talking and watching/listening to the water. We enjoyed the two pools and spa and the convenience of being able to shower before coming into the building. Our three year old just loved running around, playing with his toys and at night would just fall asleep instantly, the moment his head would hit the pillow. The decor was nice, comfy and cozy, but I would look into the Master suite mattress though, kind of worn out on the sides, fell like I was falling into a hole. We also loved the added security of being in a gated facility and that this condo came with the parking inside. Loved everything and would definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. Thank you so much for a wonderful trip and we hope to see you again some day.

Beautiful views...

Totally enjoyed our first visit at The Pearl, and 3rd visit to Navarre. The condo was well laid out, with a mother-in-law suite, which our son and daughter in law totally enjoyed. There was plenty of privacy for 5 adults; the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed--and we cook in often. Updated decor and a wonderful view of the ocean and beach was better than the pictures on website. The pool area was great--two pools--and every thing was kept very clean; someone seemed to be power washng, cleaning and sweeping all the time. The condo was very clean and well kept; plenty of eating spaces--with a table for 6, an eating bar for 3 and a small breakfast nook for 2 more. Our only complaint was the rental company we reserved it through. I still catch my breath when I remember that EIGHT DAYS before we were to drive 7+ hours there, I looked back over the website to confirm location, information, etc and saw that our week was not marked. I double checked my credit card--deposit had been paid 3 months before when I thought I'd made the reservation; I sent an email through VRBO for a confirmation and received the reply that it was "available". I called and the office confirmed that we were not listed online, but had to check the "paper copy to confirm". If I had not gone online, it could have been double booked and we would've had no where to please be sure to call before you come to make sure it does not happen to you...but the Pearl is a great property and we love to come because we can go to Pensacola or Destin area for outlets, great food and entertainment. We enjoyed Shrimp Basket, Vinnie Rs, Dewey's in Destin; our favorite was Peg-leg Pete in Pensacola.

Tax Rate 12.0%

Maximum Allowed Occupancy of Pearl 201 may never exceed 8 persons - this includes small children and infants. Violation of Occupancy Standards will result in the immediate termination of rental and Guest forfeiture of all monies paid.

All Online Reservations must review, execute and return the Online Rental Lease Agreement with 72 Hours of establishing a Reservation. Failure to do so may result in the Cancellation of rental and the releasing to another

All Guests are encouraged to purchase Travel Interruption Insurance Coverage from a licensed Insurance Provider. Travel Interruption Insurance is not required but is strongly encouraged.

Minimum periods for rental use apply and may be found under RATES for this property listing. Extended monthly winter rentals are required to rent for a minimum of 1 month. All extended monthly rentals are maintained on a calendar basis and must begin and conclude on the 1st of each month. No proration of monthly rates will be given for reserved visits that fail to start on the 1st. In order to accommodate winter monthly rental requests - no Reservation for a period of less than a month can be accepted prior to the 1st day of the month of requested rental period.

Rates Published or Auto-Quoted by VRBO remain subject to change until confirmed by Navarre Vacation Rentals, LLC in writing. Requests for Rate Quotes and Property Availability are generally answered within 24 Hours.

Operational Business Hours are maintained based on Seasonal Rental Demands. Current Hours of Operation are:

Guests who book directly with our Office are required to make a Committal Deposit of $350.00 at the time of establishing a Reservation. Outstanding Balances Due are payable at Check-In and must be made with Certified Funds.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
