We have lived in Bourne our entire lives,we run a landscape construction business as well as rental propeties in the cape area. We enjoy providing a quality rental to those families who apprecitate a very nice ,well maintained, always clean rental property.
Crystal Agrillo purchased this house in 2008
We chose this property for several reasons. It came up for sale it needed a major landscape renovation a well as a interior remodeling. We live close by an thought maybe someday our children might like to live close to home. Renting the property in the meantime works out well.
Special memories will be created at Captain Jack's it could be weddings, family reuions, or a great vacation. We provide all the comforts of home.
Crystal and Joe, Thanks you very much for sharing your charming place and renting it to us. We had a wondrful week here on the Cape and truly enjoyed the peace and comfort of your house. The hot tub, the interior design, the attentions to details in everything, abundence of gadgets and accessories make your house one of the friendiest and adorable rental house's we've visited so far.
Have a great summer,
Mark and Family
We had a great time at Captain Jack's to attend a graduation at Mass Maritime then stay a week. The location was perfect. The home was excellent. Very lovely furniture, wonderful beds and everything you could possibly need in terms of appliances, dishes, pots/pans. The owners were awesome. Would highly recommend to anyone attending Academy events. Yard is great for family games and fun time. Short drive to ferry and beaches. Easy ride to National Seashore. Easy day trips to Boston and Provincetown. We echo the previous review about this being the best property we have stayed in. Thank you to Crystal and Joe.
I can honestly say this is the best VRBO property that we have stayed in. The house easily accommodated our extended family of nine.
The owners were very friendly and were very helpful in informing us of the different sites and restaurants.
The house was immaculate. It had every imaginable device needed for an extended stay and more dishes than you count. The layout offered privacy and spaciousness. The furniture was tasteful and comfortable.
The outside property was suitable for the kids games.
It is in a rural area of Cape Cod and very quiet. Access to main Cape Cod roads was easy, but I would could not recommend Cape Cod in July as the traffic was brutal, which of course is no fault of the owner. It was about a ninety minute drive to Provincetown for the whale watching.
I would high recommend Captain Jack's for families that don't need water front property.
As an extended family of 9, we needed a place to stay in Bourne for a family wedding weekend. Captain Jack's was the perfect place for us to be together. House was immaculate with plenty of room to spread out. Clean and very comfortable. Owner responded to all questions in a timely fashion and I received security deposit immediately after our stay. I would highly recommend Captain Jack's to other families and friends.
We just finished our week at Captain Jack's and couldn't have been happier with our stay. Everything was sparkling clean and well stocked. Anything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable for our destination wedding. The owners were friendly, easy to work with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend this rental, the owners obviously take pride in the property. Thanks Crystal & Joe!
Great place. CLEAN!!! Stocked with everything you need. 8 adults, 4 kids including 2 teenagers had plenty of space to be together or to be alone. Hot tub was great when kids got bored. Owners available to answer questions. No complaints at all.
We chose the house in Bourne for the central location to a number of activities. It allowed us to travel to Boston twice, to Martha’s Vineyard, Provincetown and lots of local restaurants. The house was well appointed with furnishings and all the amenities needed for a great stay in the Cape Cod area. The house was cozy enough for the family moments, but yet spacious enough for ample privacy. The area around the house was very nice with the rhododendrons in bloom and the landscaping looked great. I would recommend this house for anyone wanting to enjoy a visit to the Cape Cod area.
There are fishing poles and tackle, adult and childrens bikes, ,games, books, horseshoes, secluded path leading to working cranberry bog and wildlife.
