Charming 1 bedroom studio condo, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Estero Beach & Tennis Club (EBT) is actually located on Estero Island. The Unit offers beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island. The project is across the street from restaurants, shopping, beauty salon, post office, drug store, marina (for rentals, sport fishing, tour boat availability).

A wonderful movie theater, serving food, wine, and beer, is approximately 1/2 mile north of EBT, and a convenient Publix grocery is just minutes north of the condo project. One and a half miles south of EBT is Lovers Key State park, known as one of the top ten beaches in Florida. EBT offers swimming, tennis and shuffleboard courts, grills, laundry facilities, and covered lanais on the ground level.

Trolley service runs continuously in front of EBT, with stops at Bonita Beach, Bonita Springs Shopping Plaza, Lovers Key, and most all of Fort Myers Beach.

No pets permitted and no smoking allowed in unit.

With Bonita Beach, Naples, Fort Myers, Sanibel, Capitiva, and Cape Coral all within relatively close proximity to Fort Myers Beach, Estero Beach & Tennis Club provides the perfect setting for centralized travel, beautiful beaches, exceptional views, and relaxation. Wonderful!!

We have been vacationing on FMB for several years now. My husband and I were so very pleased with our stay this year. Everything was as described in the listing, the condo was immaculate, it was stocked with a few little extras, beach towels, chairs, plenty of bath towels, kitchen had everything needed for cooking or preparing meals in and above all the views and sunsets from the balcony were amazing......Pat Lambert was a pleasure to work with, we were always able to communicate with her no problems. Like I said we are familiar with FMB and very much prefer the south end, quieter for the most part, we also enjoy Santini Plaza and Marina across the street. Great little restaurants and we always enjoy the sunset dolphin cruise. I would highly recommend this condo...the two weeks we spent there were relaxing & pleasant.... Thank you again Pat & Tom Lambert for sharing your little piece of paradise :)

Great place to relax!

My husband & I have stayed here many times and absolutely love it. The view from the balcony is outstanding, the condo is super clean, well taken care of, and the kitchen is well equipped. Pam is a great lady, very considerate, truly cares about their renters, and is the fairest of ANY from whom we have rented - one of the many reasons we keep coming back. See you next year!

Amazing vacation!

This was our first time in Ft.Myers and this place was a little slice of paradise. Everything was exactly as described, very well maintained with everything we needed. My husband and I spent our mornings on the balcony watching the dolphins swim by and our evenings there watching the sun set with a glass of wine. It was so nice to be unplugged for the week and this was the perfect place to do that! Pam was such a pleasure to deal with, we will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing vacation

Property was clean and location was wonderful. Peaceful mornings were spent having coffee on the balcony overlooking the gulf. Plenty of nearby attractions: putt-putt, jetski/boat rentals/ Lovers Key State Park. Lots of nearby restaurants. We loved it!

Wonderful property

We had a great time. The apartment is very nice and comfortable for two adults/seniors. The property have good facilities and the beach is great. The owners gave us all the information necessary about the property and they were very friendly. I will recommend this property to anyone and we hope we can return again.
