Why Lynne Bold chose Vauxhall
The apartment benefits from 2 double size bedrooms, both with views over the Mersey, and a large, open plan sitting room and kitchen with a sunny balcony. The block is central yet quiet. There is an en suite shower room to the master bedroom and a further bathroom. The apartment has a spacious, elegant feel to it.
What makes this Apartment unique
There is a real buzz about Liverpool. It is a vibrant, exciting city full of culture and great places to visit. The Town House is in the centre of things, yet quiet. Watch the ships sail by from the sunny balcony, or take a stroll to the Liverpool One shopping area, with shops, restaurants, a cinema and lots more. The Albert Dock and the museum of Liverpool Life are within walking distance too, as is the ferry port for the iconic 'Ferry Across the Mersey.'

Great stay at waterside apartment on the docks
Apartment in converted warehouse building, with lovely water views on both sides. Nice open floor plan in kitchen, dining, living area. Good amenities and location - easy walk to Albert Dock and the Liverpool ONE area. Terrific host. Would highly recommend!
Comfort with a river view
Lynn was very personal and professional. The flat was as advertised, close to the sights of the city with views of the ships on the river. Well stocked with clean linens and very comfortable for the four of us.
Town House Treat!
We loved staying at The Town House. Excellent location with the river views and the accommodation was very comfortable. We had no car so walked to all the facilities, restaurants and attractions in the city centre. Gave us more exercise than normal but that was very welcome.
Perfect Location for Our Merseyside Golf Trip
This flat was an excellent base for a Merseyside golf trip with my wife and teenage son. We were able to easily access a number of outstanding links courses while enjoying evenings in the city. The flat was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including parking and excellent wi-fi. Gaining early access on the day of arrival was an added and much-appreciated bonus.
Would have been 5 stars if bedding was different
Very clean when we arrived and since it was not rented, the owner let us get in early. Perfect kitchen setup with coffee (French press!), tea bags and sugar already there. TVs worked great! We have large teenage boys and we had them share the queen bed, but the sheets & mattress cover didn’t fit well and would be completely falling off at the corners by the morning. Pillows could use updating too. Overall a really nice time whilst in Liverpool. And Liverpool beat Crystal Palace!!
Very close to Liverpool One shopping district - which is very nice! Waking distance to Beatles Museam at the Royal Albert Docks. Go to the Pumphouse at Albert Docks for a pub-styled lunch or dinner.
Property was exactly right for our weekend away
Apartment was in just the right place, near to all attractions. Very comfortable, had a lovely time x
This is a quiet but city centre location, situated on Liverpool's waterfront near the Malmaison and Thistle Hotels. A stroll along the waterfront will bring you to the Seacat Ferry port for Ireland and the Isle of Man links, and the Mersey Ferries for the iconic 'Ferry, Cross the Mersey' boatride. Continue along to the Albert Dock area for restaurants and bars,or the tourist attractions of the Beatles' Museum, the Maritime Museum, the Tate or the Liverpool Museum of Life .From here you can hop on to the Liverpool Duck Tour or take an open air bus ride of the city. The Liverpool 1 shopping centre can be easily reached with it's great selection of shops, bars, restaurants and cinema. The Liverpool Echo Arena is close enough to walk to, but not too close for the ear.
