Superb location! Great Place!

This place was great. It was so clean and had everything we needed. Coffee on the sunny patio each morning was a great way to start the day.

The location could not have been any better. We'd planned on grilling, but town was so close we ended up meeting friends and taking in some of the great nearby restaurants. We enjoyed it so much we've already booked a week later in the season.

Fabulous!

The description of this property is accurate. The location, just two blocks from Commercial street, has you close to shopping, art galleries and wonderful resteraunts. The condo is close enough to enjoy all the activity of Commercial St. but far enough away to have privacy and quiet. We loved the sun coming into our bedroom window in the morning(although there are two other bedrooms if you don't like the morning sun.) We enjoyed the private patio in the morning for coffee and then again in the evening for dinner. All the amenities we wanted were here including any kitchen gadget we could have asked for. The property was immaculate. I would absolutely recommend this property to a friend. We enjoyed biking, hiking to the dune shacks, walking on the jetty in the West End, and of course shopping and eating. Our favorite spots were a take out clam shack by the ferry that had fresh and plenty fried scallops and clams. We also found a gelato spot in one of the arcades on the water that we visited every day. Our stay was wonderful due much in part to our stay at this condo.

Cozy place with reasonale price

This place is pretty good for family vacation. It's clean and well-maintained. It's within the walking distance from commercial street and town center. The owner is reasonable, cooperative, and easy to deal with. I'd like to rent it again next time.

He is local in Provincetown; it has worked out great for us and for our visitors. Place is best for 4 persons, plus 2 children/visitors in twin room. If more than 6 persons, you forfeit your deposit.

Non-refundable deposit and half the rental fee due at booking. Balance 30 days in advance of stay.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 7 days before arrival date.
