Excellent for short or longstay

I moved to Victoria for work and had to start my job before the sale of my house closed. I needed to find something for 30 days and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. The entire space isn't massive, but would work well for two people. I can't comment much on the bed because I brought a mattress topper from home as part of my move; I would recommend bringing your own pillow as the ones provided seemed to have lost a bit of their spring. The pantry and cupboards are well stocked and there is ample cooking supplies to use (I even contributed some better kitchen knives for the next guest). The location cannot be beat as you are a stone's throw away from bustling Douglas street. There is a nice little sound system in there for playing music as well (but really watch your volume; I thought it was at a good level and a downstairs neighbour had to come up to politely ask me to turn it down). There were nice views of the parliament buildings all lit up at night as well. Ian was extremely accommodating and a wealth of information - I forgot my watch at the apartment and he even dropped it off at my workplace for me (thank you, Ian!). Any problems/questions I had were quickly dealt with via email.

I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment as it is cheaper than any hotel in the area and it is much better equipped. If this is your first time (or returning) you will surely enjoy Ian's home.

Lovely condo close to everything

Ian's property was exactly as described! Bright large one bedroom condo with den. Great view. Lots of cooking utensils and equipment, very important to me when we travel as I make most of our meals, including baking. There was everything we needed, and we had no problems at all. We hope to stay here again if we return to Victoria!

WONDERFUL!!!

We have stayed in this condo several times. The great location, beautiful view, and proximity to downtown Victoria keeps us coming back. The condo itself has everything we need for a short or long stay, and is clean and comfortable. We really like the fact that the building is very secure and has underground parking. We also love that we are able to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. We would recommend this condo to anyone visiting Victoria.

AWESOME!

We loved this condo. You couldn't beat the great location or the beautiful view. It is only a block away from the harbour, the museum, the legislature building, and the iconic Empress hotel. At night we could look out and see the legislature all lit up! It is within walking distance to all of the restaurants and shops.The condo was very comfortable and clean. We have now stayed at this condo twice and we would definitely stay again. We would recommend this condo to anyone!
