About the owner: Beverly is a botanical artist specializing in endemic Hawaiian plant watercolors and tropical themed stained glass commission. My husband (Dallas) is a retired geophysical volcanologist and for many years was on the staff of the Hawaiian Volcano Observatory. We have lived in on the Big Island for more than 45 years.
Why the Owner Chose Kapoho, Puna District, HI, USA:
We purchased this property for a family weekend retreat because it had the ambience one would expect from a home in the tropics on the coast ... not coldly functional but truly warm, inviting, and comfortable with wonderful ponds in a park-like environment.
