Located in the perfect spot! A 10 minute walk to Sugar White Sands and Crystal Clear Blue Water. The Seaside town area and the resturants and shops are just a short walk away. Enjoy all that Watercolor has to offer and Seaside is just outside your back door. This beautiful home is situated on a corner lot in the heart of Phase 1 of Watercolor. The address of the home is 890 Western Lake Dr. It is located 100 yards from the tennis club. The front of the house faces Western Lake while the back is nestled on a quiet alley backing up to the Seaside greenbelt.

It features 16 foot ceilings downstairs and 12 ft ceilings upstairs. Wide plank reclaimed pine floors throughout. Slate floors and pebble accents in bathrooms. Kitchen has a Subzero refrigerator, Viking range, dishwasher and under counter ice maker. There is plenty of room for dinning with seating for 10 at the main table and a second dining table that seats another 6 guest. The kitchen island has four more seats for breakfast or dinner.

A brand new Sonos streaming music system has recently been installed through out the home. Enjoy music inside or outside on both our porches. Surround sound with big screen TVs upstairs and down. There are flat screen TVs in all of the bedrooms. The beautiful downstairs outside porch offers privacy and a place to sit and enjoy the relaxing life that comes with Watercoor. There is a new BBQ grill for outdoor cooking.

The open floor plan of the home is a fabulous use of space, with the living, kitchen, and dinning areas all connected. It's the perfect amount of space for any size family or families. This fantastic home features four bedrooms in the main house. The master bedroom is located on the first floor with its beautiful bathroom with a huge shower and separate bathtub for relaxing. The additional bedrooms are located on the second floor living area. The bunk room has two sets of bunks built in, each bunk containing TWO bunk beds for a total of 4 beds, plus there is a new queen bed in the room also. We have just added a NEW bathroom suite for the middle bedroom. It is beautiful. The bedroom on one end of the upstairs has a King bed and a full bath. The bedroom on the other end of the upstairs has two singles and a new King bed to handle couples or kids. A large full bath services this bedroom area. Off of the upstairs is a screened in porch.

BIKES INCLUDED. We offer all of our guest the use of any of the bicycles that are in the garage to explore the many bike trails that Watercolor has to offer. Or take a ride down 30A and enjoy the miles of trails along the beach. These are our personal bikes and we are not always sure of the number and condition of these bikes but you are welcome to use them at your own risk.

Don't get fooled into renting a 4 Bedroom house with 2400 sq. ft. and no room to move around in. Our home is a LARGE 3800 sq. ft. home with lots of room. You may find a less expensive home for your stay, but you won't find a nicer home for entertaining your family of friends. Many of our guest come back year after year.

A separate Carriage House is INCLUDED in the rental as a 5th bedroom. Due to the propularity of this space we have decided to include it with the main house in all rentals for NO extra cost. The Carriage House has a King bed, kitchenette and full bath which can serve as a second master bedroom. Come and enjoy one of the most popular homes in Phase 1 of Watercolor.

About Stephen King

This home is owned by two good friends who live in the same town in Texas. Purchased as an investment, we plan on using it with our families a few times a year. It will remain on VRBO so others can enjoy it when we are not in Florida.

This home is located in a great location. Enjoy the wonderful amenities of Watercolor and still be able to walk into Seaside in a matter of minutes. The home is family friendly. Huge living room area allows for everyone to dine and hangout in the same area if they want or slip away to one of the private areas upstairs. The carriage house allows more than one family to share the home and have a second master bedroom for the grownups.

The location of this house is perfect if you enjoy going to Seaside and the proximity to the beach club is an easy bike ride. The layout of the house is great. I highly recommend staying here for your vacation!

Great place

Great place to stay. We had 4 families but did not feel like we were on top of each other. We had our privacy but still had a large common area to spend time together. Loved the kitchen. We cooked several meals at the house.

Wonderful property with great location

We have stayed in many Water Color homes for family gatherings and this one is by far our favorite. Each bedroom has a bath and the extra large kitchen and living area was very comfortable and family friendly. The kitchen and baths are well appointed to make your stay comfortable. Honestly, it was like being hosted by a family friend.

The back alley was great for little ones on bikes and trikes and they didn't mind the short trips to Seaside or the Water Color beach club.

Both the owner and the management company are easily acceptable.

Our group ages ranged from 3 to 66. All want to return to this home.

Fantastic property in Watercolor/Seaside

We just returned from a great week at this property. We had 4 adults and 6 teenagers with us. Everyone had plenty of room. The main floor is a great gathering place, with an open kitchen, large centrally located dining room table, and plenty of seating around the large-screen TV. The bedrooms are spacious, as were the bathrooms. The house is clean and has a nice "high finish" feel to it, without feeling overly fancy or fragile. I would highly recommend this property for families! A+++
