Beautiful Clean Condo in Ideal Location!

We have visited Daytona 5 of the last 6 years. This year being the first year to stay in Rick's condo at Horizons. There is no way to say enough positive things about this condo. Most importantly it is very clean! It is extremely spacious, by far larger than any other two bedroom condo we have stayed. The kitchen is very well furnished with clean and up-to-date appliances. From the master bedroom, the ocean can be heard at night. We also enjoyed the security of being able to park in the garage, which is also very convenient to the elevators and pool.

For us, the location is second to none. It is located in the center of our favorite restaurants and attractions. The Publix shopping center is less than one mile. The Volusia Mall is about a 10-15 minute drive.

The pool was always nice and clean, as were the grounds. The maintenance staff was also friendly and helpful.

Literally directly on the beach, I cannot imagine any easier beach access.

Rick is a super nice guy, who has a sincere interest in providing the very best accommodations. Contacting Rick is trouble free and our deposit was returned in a prompt manner.

As you can tell, we really enjoyed our stay here. This is definitely a place we would love to re-visit!

Wonderful stay

Great location

When we first arrived the condo wasn't the cleanest, but after cleaning up from others leftovers it was great. The size and location of the condo was a great fit for my family. We would come back and stay again we loved the beach it wasn't overcrowded and a good walking distance. This condo had everything you needed for a family stay.

I guess you know after talking that cleanliness is number one priority with us as I was back to you within a minute of receiving review. A handyman was supposed to be there before the cleaning service to replace a toilet seat and a shower head that were perfectly good but looked a little old. He was delayed and arrived after the cleaning service left and didn't clean up after himself very well. The features you mentioned were exactly why we purchased the condo. Thank you for highlighting those features as that will help travelers decide if this is the right property for them. We really purchased it because of the location - near the Boardwalk and attractions but the beach is very private. We have even walked to The Publix Plaza on occasions, for all your grocery and shopping needs. Thank you again and hurry back.

Perfect Spot

This condo is the perfect place to have fun and enjoy some relaxation. It's a short ride from the airport and the accommodations are awesome. The balcony and large windows allowed for the spectacular view of the ocean. I can be a nut case when it comes to cleanliness so this condo was perfect. Spotless is the only word that I can think of to describe it. At lot of care was taken with the many extra details that clearly have been done to this getaway. In order to understand you would just have to experience it for yourself. I strongly recommend this as a vacation spot. I wish I could have stayed longer and will definitely return. Bet

I did research the parking and found that due to the low rise condos next door going through a renovation, owners did use our upper level parking which did make that crowded - that was a temporary situation that will be eliminated as the renovations are just about done and their parking lot will be reopened. Horizon, room 203

The condo was amazing, open and roomy. The views were amazing from every room. Stocked with everything that you could possibly need. It was the first year in 25 that we had stayed at a condo. It was a difficult year for our family because my husband passed away unexpectedly in December, but the facilities were terrific. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

When the agent opened the front door- we were stunned with the beautiful view and said 'We will Buy It Now. You will feel the same about the view of the ocean and how very private it is away from the high rise section of Daytona Beach with all single family homes to the left of the Horizons. I am also a licensed real estate agent in the State of Connecticut.

Beach is VERY PRIVATE but you are close to all the attractions-Convention Center, Boardwalk, International Speedway. Belair Plaza is less than one mile for all your shopping needs and a Publix food store.

Watch your famiily swim from your oceanfront balcony- give them the lunch ready waive! if you prefer fresh water-the pool is right there in plain view of your condos balcony and also overlooking the ocean.The beach is very private but just a half mile from convention center and a nice beach walk to the Boardwalk & Amusement Park and International Speedway Drive. Daytona Speedway 6.5 miles away and offers tours daily except race days. All your shopping needs and Publix half of a mile away. .
