The house 'La Flibuste' is an exceptional vacation home facing the sea with views of the litle fishing port village of Les Goudes & the city of Marseilles. With multi-level terraces & flower gardens, this peaceful home is located in the 'Calanques', National Park. Jaccuzzi available.very comfortable property, air conditioning, full equipped kitchen, laundry. Boat for rent


You enter the house from charming foothpath to an ensuite living/dining room furnished wih a comfortable sofa, a modern designed fireplace, a piano (electronic Yamaha) and 2 large windows overlooking the charming Les Goudes fisihng port and sea.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and French doors open to lovely terraced gardens. The garden patio includes an putdoor kitchen with BBQ, sink, pizza oven, and patio table and chairs for al fresco dining. A private bamboo canopy bed nestled in the rock of the hills is an ideal place to relax and gaze at the clouds by day and the stars by night...

On the first floor, there is also a half bath (WC) with laundry room washing machine and dryer machine.

The lower large garden area includes a Brasero (BBQ), lounging sofas, patio table for 8, and breezy covered awnings. You will love the rock shower under the 80 years Tamaris tree after a dy of swimming and snorkeling.


It includes 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and French doors that open to a private terrace with the port and sea views and is ideal to relax on the chaise longue lounge chairs to have your breakfast coffee or your favorite wine at sunset.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed overlooking the terraced gardens.

The home includes internet WIFI, air conditioning, video projector with surround sound system, and parking space.


The home is built against Cape Croisette at the southen end of Marseille in the quaint Fisherman's Port village of Les Goudes. You will find many excellent restaurants in the village with the local cach of the day, boating, snorkeling, fishing, diving, windsurfing, and hiking.

The homehas a very nice view onto the port and the sea but also the hills. It is the ideal location to discover both Marseilles and the Calanques. At the nearest village of Callelongue, you will find many paths of departures to Les Calanques.

The Calanques are deep narrow inlets, a tyoe of Provencal Fjords, in the chalky white rocky cliffs along the coast between Cassis and Marseilles. The Calanques were formed by rivers flowing into the sea, submerged aeons ago by the rising level of the Mediterranean.

Marseilles is the second largest city of France after Paris and Lyon. it is famous for its large harbor but also the Vieux Port and the Canebiere. Marseille was founded 2600 years ago. Close to Marseille are the Calanques and Cassis (8 miles), Toulon (30 miles) and Aix en Provence (15 miles).


You can travel to Marseille by automobile, bus, TGV (very fast train) or fly to the Marseille Provence Airport (15 miles away). There are motorways to Marseille from all directions.

From Marseilles, Les Goudes is a short and scenic 20-30 minutes drive along the Mediterranean coastline.

Scuba diving club, climbing, discovering all Calanques stretching along the cost by feet or by boat, petanque... authentic Provence Life as a typically fisherman port and village... fresh fish on sales for BBQ and specialities restaurants to realy enjoy organic fresh food and very relaxing stay... There are no cars in front of the house... it is a pedestrian access...
