This house is the perfect location! It is located in Old Seagrove Beach, a small section of Seagrove named for the unusual stunted live oak grove that surrounds the Old Seagrove area only. We are only a block over from Seaside proper where you can enjoy the live outdoor music in the evenings and movies in the amphitheater on Friday nights. Shopping, restaurants and beach bars are a stroll away. You never have to get in your car.
Our home rests 3 houses back from the beach. A beach access walkway is only about 20 yards east of where our street meets coastal 30-A. The beaches are not crowded and close enough to walk along the white sand to Seaside for a drink or lunch.
This house has a pack and play and a set of bunk-beds for children. We have internet access, cable and plenty of movies and games for the adults down to toddlers. The physical address is 40 Dogwood Street, Santa Rosa Beach, FL. We are about 50 yards from the beach! Perfect location and house for a family that needs easy access to all types of entertainment.
The house is an old cottage style. It consists of 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed with a walk in closet. The other bedroom had bunk beds with the lower bed a full size. There is also a set of children's bunk beds in an adjoining space. There is one full bathroom.
We have a fenced in back yard and a hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower downstairs and a log cabin playhouse for children.
The main area consists of an open area kitchen, den and dining area. There is a large covered porch allowing you to see and hear the ocean from the house.
We have a fenced back yard for pet exercise.
Grocery Store is less than 1/2 mile.

We absolutely love the location. Our house was not for sale but we loved the location so much we started knocking on doors.
We enjoy the fact that you never have to get in your car. The house is very close to the ocean and to downtown seaside so you can swim, shop, eat out, bike... all without ever getting in the car. The area is a quiet spot and not very crowded if you are a first time visitor.
We loved our stay in Old Seagrove Beach. We were close enough to walk everywhere in Seaside, and far enough away from the commotion. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable. We are already thinking about our trip back next summer!
Perfect house. Perfect location. House was very clean when we arrived. We have teenagers so they want to hang out in Seaside in the evenings. This house was perfect for that without the hassle of staying in Seaside proper.Did that last year and just getting out to the grocery store was an event. TRAFFIC. Short bike ride or walk (3-4 blocks) from this beach house and you were in the Seaside square. I loved the big kitchen and ice maker in the fridge. Great ice. Appreciated the quality cookware nice comfy beds and linens. One thing only, the second set of bunks are definitely child size. Bigger then toddler beds but not normal size bunks. My 16 yr old son (5'8") could not fit and had to sleep on the couch. No problem, he stays up late watching TV anyway. The beach access was indeed close but was also very busy and crowded. We rented chairs and umbrellas and it was an issue everyday. They would get moved after our rental company set them up in the morning. ??
Other then that, GREAT VACATION. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the covered parking. Will recommend to my brother and his family.
We so enjoyed our stay at Seagrove Hilton! ~200 fitbit steps to the beach. The home had everything you would need for a week at the beach. Some pleasant surprises...video library of the oldies but goodies, lots of beach chairs, grill, all the kitchen gear you would need, indoor dog gate. We have stayed at several other homes on 30a, the pros of this one is location, comfort, and price. Only con is the living room furniture is a bit worn. l would definitely recommend the Seagrove Hilton, and will look it up for our next visit.
My husband and I loved this house; not real "sexy" on the outside, but very nice and homey on the inside! So close to the place where you go down to the beach. It is our new favorite place! Lots of convenient things: outside shower, super comfy bed, and just a great layout overall!
Perfect location. Older beach home just two streets from Seaside proper. It was full on spring break so it was very crowded out on the streets and traffic on 30A was intense. The houses are close together and loud parties in neighboring houses could be heard at the house, but usually stopped around midnight. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the porch and outside eating area were great. The kids enjoyed the outside shower, which helped ease traffic in the inside bathroom. Will certainly return to this great rental.
This is the perfect house! This was the third time to visit Seagrove Hilton. It is located within walking distance to the square and wonderful restaurants. The backyard is perfect for our dog. The beach is just steps away! We will definitely be back!
