About Roger Feist

Business owner in Cincinnati OH, bought Loggerhead Cay Condo, new in 1976, after friends told us about Sanibel Island. We visited many times and decided to buy there. It is our favorite place to go.

Why Roger Feist chose Sanibel

Sanibel is special Island, with about half of it being wildlife refuge. Many miles of bike trails, and of course the beach, famous for it shelling. It is just a few minutes walk from our Lanai door. We only do private rentals, direct with the guest, so we can assure an above average experience.

What makes this condo unique

Our condo is located in a quiet part of Loggerhead Cay, with first floor convenience. Just walk out the porch (Lanai) door , and down the sidewalk to the large pool, or on to the beach.

You will want to come back year after year.

we have been renting this unit for more than 20 years. Due to some family issues, we needed to take a break so it had been a while since we were on Sanibel. The condo was as fabulous as ever. Linda and Roger continue to maintain and upgrade so it is fresh and new each time we come. It has all the amenities and more. We generally cook and there is everything we need to prepare meals and plenty of room to eat. We would not consider staying anywhere else on Sanibel/Captiva except this condo. It is the best. I cant say enough good things about the condo as well as the service Linda and Roger provide. You can do nothing but play on the beach/at the pool, or you can shop the islands, enjoy restaurants, see the wildlife refuge, visit the shell museum, and do so many outdoor activities. We are already talking about a return trip in the fall.

Just as promised!

Thanks to Roger and Linda for a great vacation. The condo was very nice and clean. My husband talked to Roger on the phone for about 45 min. about everything from the condo to fishing and area grocery stores. He answered every one of our e-mails in an extremely timely manner. This was our first time renting a home through VRBO and Roger made it a pleasure. Thanks again for a great trip!!
