Three relatives/friends bought oceanfront townhouses together. We each tried to 'outdo' the others with furnishings, all of which turned out fabulous. We are now renting them together to a large family or group. Listings are VRBO 52060, 161035 and 162144. The townhouses are all on the same floor and there is elevator access. Two are side by side (the front doors literally are side by side) and the other has one condo in the middle but all are on the same floor and a hop/step from one another. It's perfect to separate family's with kids from others who may not have kids. There are 4 King beds, 5 queen beds and 6 twins (trundles) as well as two queen sleeper sofas. There are three full kitchens, six balconies (all three master bedrooms have balconies) and a whole lot of white sand and waves for you to enjoy! Pack n play crib and stroller provided in one of the units.

Note: Smoking allowed only on decks. Barbecue allowed in downstairs covered parking (reserved/covered parking for nine vehicles plus additional unmarked parking in lot on first come first serve bases).

Ocean Pointe is oceanfront but you must cross a street to walkover. Please email to see many more interior photo shots. You will LOVE the location as it's three blocks to the town area so walking to shops/restaurants is common. Pier is next door with $5 pole rentals. ENJOY YOUR VACATION ON FOLLY BEACH/Charleston!

We had a friends/family vacation and stayed in condos 104, 105 and 107. When we got there, we couldn't believe how amazing these condos were. The condos themselves were updated, had very nice décor and were very clean. We sat out on the balconies every evening and we felt like we were right on the beach. There is a little one way road that you have to walk across to get to the beach, but it's more like an ally way. The beach is just steps away. I also have to brag on Michael... he was so great to work with all throughout the process of booking the condos. When we got to the condos, one of them was very hot upstairs. I called Michael and he had a repair man out there within 30 minutes (and this was at about 6:00 that night). It was just a glitch in the system and was fixed very quickly. We are already thinking about when we can go back!

Great Time at Ocean Pointe

The four adults on this trip thoroughly enjoyed this unit. Beautiful and well-maintained. Ocean front view is fantastic and very convenient for spending time on the beach with easy access back to the condo. Plenty of beach toys and equipment. No need to take extra chairs !! We also had a great time with the bikes.

Our only suggestion, as BIG coffee drinkers, would be a coffee maker that makes a full 10-12 cups. Otherwise the kitchen was more than adequate for us to cook most meals in. Of course we made our annual trip to Bowens Island Seafood and would highly recommend this for amazing sunset views and wonderful FRIED fish !!

More people should consider this time of year, after Labor Day, for savings on rates and fantastic weather. Low 80s and sunny every day we were there.

Will definitely be back here again !

Great Place to Stay on Folly Beach!!

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at this condominium very much. It is very nice and the ocean views from the balconies are great. The master bedroom with a balcony and bath are very nice and private. There is parking for 3 cars below the unit plus outside parking for visitors. The only problem was the unit hadn't been cleaned when we arrived, but after calling Michael, it was taken care of almost immediately. I think it was due to a mix-up in the cleaning schedule. We went into Charleston for at least part of every day and had a great time. Folly Beach is about 15-20 minutes from attractions in Charleston. We found a great breakfast restaurant, too, and were just a short walk from town where we ate on two nights. Would strongly recommend to anyone wanting a nice place to stay.

Folly Beach

What a lovely vacation! The views from the balconies were amazing! We loved the beach! The condos were all clean and well maintained. Downtown Folly has many great restaurants. If I had to say anything to make our stay better, it would be that we needed more towels. That's all that I can come up with :) Our family thought that 107 was the nicest of the three, though all three were lovely. The internet signal in 107 was a little tricky, but when I needed to get on, I just went to 105, or 104. My nephew's MAC had no problem in 107. Charleston was also very nice to visit and close. I would definitely come back!

Awesome!

We stayed here last week and had a fantastic time. Our age range is 11 months to 89 years. These condos are handicap friendly as well as kid friendly. The beach is across the street and stores, bars and restaurants are a short walk away. The condos are clean, well kept and nicely furnished. We had a great time - all 28 of us - and will look forward to returning again!

Many activities and restaurants are right on Folly Beach (surfing, fishing, basketball, jet skis, kayaking) while others are on nearby James Island or downtown (all a very short drive) World class golf on nearby Kiawah and Seabrook.
