About Karine Maillard

My name is Karine and we've owned this condo since 2017.

Our family moved from California in 2006, and we fell in love with Tucson and it's beautiful Desert.

We live close to our condo, near Agua Caliente Park, on a 3.5 acres ranch with horses, donkeys and mules, chickens and all desert beings!

Karine Maillard purchased this condo in 2007

Why Karine Maillard chose Tucson

We thought that this Foothills Luxurious Complex would be the perfect location for our family and friends, or travelers visiting from all around the world.

We've never regretted it.

What makes this condo unique

Hiking, biking, bird watching, sightseeing, horse back riding, shopping and dining, swimming and relaxing, everything is there!

Great spot with good bird and critter watching. Very clean and well equipped for just about any cooking event. Hot tub and pool close by. Many area attractions but Sabino Canyon is probably the best and was only a mile away. Lots of nearby restaurants including several upscale ones for special occasions (Hacienda del Sol, Flying V etc.). Don't miss Pima Air Museum, Desert Museum, UofA, Mt Lemmon etc. Easy to stay busy but you will need a car.

Beautiful area and condo

  • 5 of 5

We loved the condo and surrounding area. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities and dishes and utensils. Everything was clean and nicely arranged for a couple. The outdoor area was lovely and the area very quiet for us old folks. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. If we are ever in the area, we would stay again. Thank you for providing such a nice place.

Among many others in the area, we found this condo suiting our needs just perfectly.

Extremely clean and comfortable, it has everything we were expecting, from cooking utensils to

soft bedding, Smart TV, quiet environment and surrounding activities.

Karine has thought of everything.

Road Trip

  • 5 of 5

I have stayed in many vacation properties but this was by far the very best experience we have ever had! Property was immaculate, and owners were by far the very best. The view was astounding, and the king size bed was awesome. The pool was very clean, and in close proximity to the condo as well as the clubhouse. This was by far my favorite stay. Trust me you can't go wrong with this property! Only complaint that we had was that we didn't want to leave (ever). Thanks, for a little slice of heaven.

This peaceful, well-appointed condo offered just the soothing tranquility we were looking for. Ideally located for our needs, this home-away-from-home provided the comfort we were looking for. We were able to host a family dinner thanks to the lovely kitchen and dining area, and I enjoyed my morning coffee amidst the plantings and wildlife outside our patio. Hundreds of hummingbirds gathered in a tree less than 50 feet from our door, providing my first smile of the day. Looking forward to a return visit sometime.

What a great place to stay!

  • 5 of 5

What a wonderful week in a lovely, peaceful, scenic condo! The pictures are exactly what you get! Each morning was started with the windows being opened to the sounds of birds singing and ended with the same. The accommodations were fabulous and we wanted for nothing. When we arrived, we found a clean, fresh home for the week, along with a welcoming bouquet of flowers and chocolates. What more could we have wanted? The unit was the perfect jumping off point for us as we spent our days hiking nearby and could then return, knowing that comfort and relaxation awaited us. I would highly recommend staying here!
