The swimming pool is HEATED year-round. There is a hot tub right next to the pool, and a TENNIS court is nearby. A large and newly refurbished clubhouse is next to the pool, and there is an exercise room onside.

About Karine Maillard

My name is Karine and we've owned this condo since 2017.

Our family moved from California in 2006, and we fell in love with Tucson and it's beautiful Desert.

We live close to our condo, near Agua Caliente Park, on a 3.5 acres ranch with horses, donkeys and mules, chickens and all desert beings!

Karine Maillard purchased this condo in 2007

Why Karine Maillard chose Tucson

We thought that this Foothills Luxurious Complex would be the perfect location for our family and friends, or travelers visiting from all around the world.

We've never regretted it.

What makes this condo unique

Hiking, biking, bird watching, sightseeing, horse back riding, shopping and dining, swimming and relaxing, everything is there!

Great spot with good bird and critter watching. Very clean and well equipped for just about any cooking event. Hot tub and pool close by. Many area attractions but Sabino Canyon is probably the best and was only a mile away. Lots of nearby restaurants including several upscale ones for special occasions (Hacienda del Sol, Flying V etc.). Don't miss Pima Air Museum, Desert Museum, UofA, Mt Lemmon etc. Easy to stay busy but you will need a car.

Just right for us!!!

  • 5 of 5

Everything we needed was there. It was very convenient to everything we wanted to do--Sabino Canyon, Saguaro National Park, Mt. Lemon, and the Desert Museum. Karin gave good directions to grocery stores, etc. The condo was so clean and very comfortable. (bed was great) In other words--we loved it. Hope to stay there again!

Tuscon Holidays

  • 5 of 5

Very well maintained condo. Equipped with all the necessities needed for a weekly stay. Although late in the season, still enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, as well as evening sky watching. Particular easy access to Sabino Canyon as well as other tourist destinations, including the caverns at Benson, Mt Lemmon, and the Sugaro National Parks.

Once initiated, we found driving around Tucson, not all that difficult. We were somewhat disappointed in Tombstone, as it seemed excessively touristy, which I suppose is not that unusual . The caverns near Benson, though made up for Tombstone.

Meanwhile back at the condo. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub, though could not understand why no one else was using it, we had it all to ourselves each night. Also enjoyed the wine/beer establishment just outside the condo. This might be an annoyance for residence, but we found it to be very relaxing with an early end to the music/noise.

Private patio condo in a very well maintained complex

  • 5 of 5

Ventana Vista is a super location ideally located close to Sabino canyon recreation reserve. The hiking and walking as well as bird watching in the canyon draws us back each year. We love this condo for the privacy it offers as well as the beautifully decorated interior and all this just steps to the pool and spa. The unit is always very clean and provides all the comforts of home. Just missing a teapot!
