I chose this property because of its great features, downtown SLC location & access to freeways and all of the great Utah Ski resorts. It's also only 20 minutes to famous Park City. It's a great house for families and groups to have a wonderful stay. Salt Lake City is such a beautiful city! No matter what season you choose the scenery and activities are extraordinary!

With 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, PLUS the additonal 3bed/2 bath unit below that you can rent, you have tons of space to have everyone come and stay. Great for entertaining and fun! Something for everyone. Whether you enjoy cuddling in front of one of the beautiful fireplaces, relaxing outside and listening to the birds or soaking in the nice hot tub, you will fall in love with all this house has to offer.

Home was comfortable. No yard, but the furnishings were modern and comfortable, the home was clean, kitchen was appropriately stocked. We appreciated the complimentary toiltries and the pleasant communication along the way prior to arrival.

Very Nice

Thank you so very much we where in town for a convention, I had looked into hotels and decided to check into rental instead we got such a great deal and it is such a nice house. Location was perfect, easy access to everything. We really had a great trip and appreciate everything. We are definitely renting again next year. Thank You!

Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your home. We had a great time. The house was in good condition, clean and it was so nice for us to have the privacy we like compared to a hotel. My extended family all got to stay together to visit other family in Utah.

I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to be close to downtown. We hope to stay again sometime in the future.

Had a great time at this lovely home. Really want to thank the owner for being treated so kindly. Really felt like we were a quest instead of just a renter. We did have a few problems and just had to make a phone call and got prompt service. Will definately recommend this home to families or large groups.

central location close to Sugarhouse

downtown and minutes from downtown salt

lake. Getting to Park City was nice to

because it was right by the freeway. We
