Good accommodations in a stunning location
Lerici is a beautiful hilly destination. This accommodation was an excellent way to enjoy this beautiful city. There are hills and lots of walking required. The accommodation was quite pleasant, but the kitchen was very basic. There is parking included, which is a huge bonus. We enjoyed our stay, and would recommend it to fit travellers.
House in Lerici
Lovely large property, short walk into Lerici, plenty of hot water, very comfortable beds. Cannot fault it at all. A couple of things which I am sure would improve even more, only two sunbeds for such a large occupancy, and could benefit from some furniture and shade on the sun roof as this is part of the outdoor space but there is nothing up there. Perhaps should be mentioned that there are no outside windows in the lower bedroom. As there was only three of us everything was fine and we had a really lovely time here.
The apartment provides an excellent location from which to see and enjoy Lerici and the surrounding area. Three floors and lots of outdoor space makes the apartment quite spacious. But, for us, it’s Lerici that provides the reason to recommend this choice. It’s festive, authentic and absolutely beautiful.
This property is amazing.
Great host, very helpful and accommodating. Thank you Paolo.
Fabulous location, big property.
Lots of room, fully equipped kitchen. big living space and three double bedrooms.
View of the sea and outside patio and garden area.
Amazing stay! Amazing location!
We recently got married in Lerici and my family rented this lovely home for a week for our wedding stay. The house was beautiful, clean and spacious! Paolo was wonderful to work with and ensured all our needs were met. The location is perfect with its rooftop patio and sea views. You're a short, eight-minute stroll from the main square and it's worth every step (uphill) for this quiet, gated community and it's stunning views of the sea and castle. We'll definitely be staying here again! Thanks Paolo!
This 3 story villa exceeded all of our expectations! The owner is easy to work with and we visited Tellaro, Lerici, Cinque de Terre and all the surrounding areas! The rooftop sunsets are amazing and the villa is very spacious! The neighborhood is great with many friendly people! The walk to the town is very convenient! We hope to go back soon - this is a beautiful area of Italy!
Located in one of the most beautiful bays of the Riviera di Levante, Lerici offers a perfect blend of past and present: rich in historical and artistic and religious traditions, the town does not betray his reputation as a seaside resort equipped and modern. The territory, a place in every age poets and artists of great fame, was called 'The Gulf of Poets', and with this title Lerici is known around the world.
Lerici still retains its original medieval structure, with its typically aligned along the narrow alleys. Inside the village are interesting the Jewish ghetto, the castle, built by Pisani in the thirteenth century and expanded by the Genoese, with inside the thirteenth century chapel dedicated to St. Anastasia and the geo-paleontological museum and squares of the Poggio and San Giorgio. At the foot of the castle is the relaxing walk along the seafront Vassallo. In the village there is also the tower of San Rocco, from Roman times, transformed into a bell tower in the sixteenth century, the parish church of St. Francis of Assisi, the oratory of San Bernardino and near the Palazzo Doria, ancient medieval hospital dedicated to Saints Peter and Paul.
Lerici however, is not only his village. In its territory, stand out other locations, such as San Terenzo, with the castle, Villa Magni, inhabited by Percy Bysshe Shelley and Mary Shelley and Villa Marigola, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the beach of Venus Riviera. A Tellaro Instead, a typical fishing village, where you can still meet the boats in the square by the sea, there is the 'old church of St. George and the oratory of Santa Maria in Sela. Among Pugliola and Solaro admires Villa Cochrane, better known as Rezzola villa, surrounded by a park of eucalyptus, oaks and cypresses. And yet La Serra and Pozzuolo, on a hill of olive trees, Senate, green oasis of silence and Solaro, a small village overlooking the Gulf.
Terenzo and Lerici, with the wide beach of Venus Riviera, but also picturesque hillside villages connected by scenic trails, hidden coves and secluded opening in the cliff, as in the village of Fiascherino, and small architectural jewels such as Tellaro.
From all these places described you can see the three islands of Palmaria, Tino and Tinetto.
