Spectacular absolutely oceanfront, 5,000 square foot home with 3 masters, elevator, high speed internet, multiple TVs, 3 sundecks, library, piano, gourmet kitchen with new state of the art appliances, sun room, entertainment center, outside shower, new gas BBQ, three car garage. Re-decorated this past year. Rates higher for holidays. Non smoking. (SAT-SAT rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day)

I had this home built and it was my personal residence until I built on the next Island. It is my only rental house so it is lovingly cared for. I chose the lot because it is close enough to walk to bars and restaurants, but far enough away so you don't get any crowd on your stretch of perfect beach.

About Mark Reinhardt

I moved to Isle of Palms from Minnesota (Brrrr) and found the ideal lot on which to build this home. My family and I lived there until we moved to the next island, Sullivans. My office is still in Minnesota, and I commute every other week or so. I always look forward to returning to the beautiful 'Low Country' of South Carolina!

I have used VRBO around the world, and this is one of the best vacation rentals I have ever seen. It is my only vacation rental, so it is my 'baby', and tenderly cared for.

This home is in the heart of 'Millionaire's Row' one of the best beaches in the country. You can walk to restaurants, live music, lively night clubs, or just watch the waves from the porch. Any way you cut it, this will be a vacation to remember!

This was our second time at the property and it was even better than the first. There had been some updates to cabinets and bathroom but the rest of the house was the same and was clean, comfortable and very nice. Great location to stores and restaurants and beautiful views. Will remain our go to beach house!

Owner's Response: I always love my returning guests, because they liked the house so much they booked again, but also because they see the improvements I'm constantly making! In the last 2 months alone, a new wood floor, new kitchen cabinets, and many new windows.

Great beach house with plenty of interior room for a large group. Sufficient bed rooms and baths to accommodate everyone and provide individual privacy. Elevator was very useful to the seniors, while all the games and beach toys available were enjoyed by the children.

Beautiful location with lots of room

We had a sibling reunion at this home. There were nine of us. The elevator was very helpful for our "older" siblings. We had a great time! The sunrise views were spectacular. The location was great for preparing meals at home and was convenient for many dining out options. Mark, the owner, was super helpful in keeping us informed of the status of hurricane Irma. He also offered many suggestions for things to do, places to go, and excellent dining options. We enjoyed walking tours, the carriage rides in Charleston, and the Harbor Tour, even though Fort Sumpter was closed because of hurricane damage. We now have several reasons to visit again and know this home is a great place to stay.

Second time at this house! Love it!

This home has perfect location, absolutely ocean front with private beach time. Minutes to excellent restaurants and grocery shopping on Isle of Palms, and to Historic Charleston. The home has more than ample room and extra spaces that make it so comfortable. Additional top floor bathroom this year was terrific and of course you can't beat having a toilet and shower (with warm water and shower massage head) below the house when you are spending the day at the beach. Great kitchen, large dining table and living room that can seat the whole crew. We enjoyed the deck on the street side for sunsets and the ocean front decks all day long. Lots of seating on all decks. The owner, Mark, is very supportive and available if needed, responds quickly to questions. We hope to return!

My Grandkids loved it and so did my kids!

You can't please kids more than having a fantastic beach and you can't please adults more than having a fantastic house. We had both. It was an extremely relaxing vacation with very nice accommodations. Enough room so that no one felt cramped but large areas where we could all be together too.

Beautiful home and amazing location. Plenty of deck space for grilling and just steps from the beach. Short drive and/or walk into town for grocery store and bars/restaurants. Owner was a huge help, replied to emails in timely fashion and went out of way to reach out for any assistance needed. Highly recommended.
