A car is certainly not necessary. There is an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Antibes has lots of markets in the Old Town - food, antiques, clothing and bric-a-brac. It also has a number of upmarket shops. The Provencal Market takes place every morning within a 2 minute walk of this apartment. Small local shops are nestled in the tiny winding streets bordered on 2 sides by the ancient ramparts and overlooked by the Picasso Museum and Port Vauban. Port Vauban is one of the largest leisure ports in the mediterranean and the yachting industry plays a large part in day to day life. Both Antibes and neighbouring Juan les Pins have many restaurants and bars serving food from around the globe. Cap d'Antibes is a green picturesque area dominated by the Chapel and lighthouse which can be reached on foot or by bus. The Cap is home to the famous Hotel du Cap and Belles Rives (former home of F Scott Fitzgerald). Great places for a view and a drink. I bought this apartment in 2012 and spent a great deal of time renovating it and making it my home and as such it does not feel like a typical rental property. I have decided to rent out my apartment as I will be working away this summer and hope that my guests feel that it is their home away from home. As I will be away I have employed the services of JLP Property Services to meet all the needs of my renters (from managing the booking, to meeting them at the apartment). They will provide all the services necessary to ensure that my guests have a fabulous holiday.

Excellent accommodations and location.
The apartment was very well equipped. Many updates made for an excellent 2 week stay. The location was surrounded by numerous restaurants, shopping with close proximity to the beach and public transportation. Karen and Bill were exceptional hosts. They were very kind in providing travel tips and airport transportation. Superb at every level.

A beautiful apartment
This lovely apartment had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The location could not have been better. As we enjoy walking, we loved the walks around the Cape. The food markets at the top of the street were visited every morning to get the day’s supplies. A big ‘thank you’ to Karen who met us at the train station and to Bill who met Maire at Nice airport as we all had a long day of travelling. We used public transport to get to Grasse and to Nice for a day. It was the ideal apartment, in the ideal location.
home away from home
Located in the heart of Antibes, this clean, comfortable, charming apartment provided us with a little 'home away from home'. The amenities were excellent, the bed very comfortable and the location superb. Of note was the care and comfort we received from the manager of the property - Nigel. Whether providing us with interesting sights to see and access to them or simple kindnesses, we were very impressed with everything.

Beautiful Apartment in a Perfect Location
We stayed at this beautiful apartment for one week at the beginning of September and cannot recommend it enough! The apartment was spotlessly clean, loved all the quirky little details and the overall design and layout of the space. Super comfy bed, bedlinen and pillows, excellent kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets necessary! Was a real bonus having the massive TV with Apple TV linked up to it, really nice extra - especially when theres a storm outside! Was also great having the two sets of french doors the opened onto Juliet balconies.
Was the perfect little base to explore Antibes, as well as the rest of the Cote D'Azur! 5 minutes walk from the beach, close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants but still surprisingly quiet and peaceful!
Extra thanks go to Karen and Bill for making our whole holiday run so smoothly. Was great being picked up from the airport by Bill and taken straight to the apartment to meet Karen without having to worry about train times, bus timetables and negotiating jam packed trains with heavy suitcases! Great having Karen on hand throughout the holiday too incase we had any queries/problems!
All in all we honestly can't recommend this perfect little pad enough!
Beautiful apartment in a great location
We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. The location in old town Antibes is perfect. Close to all of the shops and restaurant yet very quiet. We walked just about everywhere. Thank you for your help getting there from the train station !
Rates & Availability
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. In addition to the rental price there is a compulsory charge of 100€ in cash due on arrival. This covers all cleaning costs, bed linen, towels which includes beach towels. The person checking you in will also be available during your stay should you have any queries. A late check in fee of 30€ is due for check in after 20:30 (8.30 pm) and 30€ for an early check out before 08:30 (8.30 am) - payable on arrival. Parking is available but there is a charge, which depends on the length of stay and time of year (set by the car park operator). Please ask for details.
