Condo, 2 Bedrooms + Other (See Description), 2 Baths, (Sleeps 5-6)

This unit has been updated recently with new carpet, A/C bedroom and dining room furniture. The couch is NOT a sleeper. The kitchen has new cabinets, counters and backsplash all new stainless steel appliances. New washer and dryer. The master BR has a king bed and the second BR has a full bed and a twin. Each BR has its own bath The balcony is oversized overlooking the pool and the beautiful sandy beach and gulf. New Windows and doors give a great view and easy access to the great balcony from the living room and master.

There is a flat screen TV in each room, the table has four chairs and there is an island with two stools. This condo is on the third floor overlooking the pool with one of only four overlarge balconies. Part of the balcony is covered and part open. There is a full sized washer/dryer in the unit. There is now wireless internet at no extra cost.

The parking pass is purchased onsite and us currently appx $28

This is a No Smoking Unit and building

Great location, awesome balcony, and good value.

This property has an amazing location. The beach is a short walk from the building. The apartment is only on the 3rd floor (easy access), but has a beautiful gulf view and one of the best balcony’s of the complex. The building amenities, including pool, fitness centers, hot tubs, luggage carts/shopping carts, and security are great amenities. The unit has two bedrooms with a king bed in one, and a twin and double in another. Bathrooms are typical and have great water pressure. Unit is clean and durable and well appointed. Please note that based on listing, recommend you take your own hair dryer and toiletries. Also, bring extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags (only one of each provided) if your stay will be more than a few days. We enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets on the balcony. We slept well and had plenty of room for 4 people. We had no issues so can’t speak to the owners response (however, we had no issues). We had a wonderful spring break in this unit. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Beautiful condo right over beautiful Gulf shores! Just steps away from the beach!! We enjoyed the big balcony looking over the water. We can’t wait to come back again to Alabama!

Wonderful spring vacation with my family

The condo was perfect for our vacation. We highly recommend it for a group of 5 or less with a king in one bedroom, and a full and twin in second bedroom. Extended balcony was an added plus for getting sun and enjoying a great view! Owners were very helpful and easy to work with before and during our trip.

Well worth it for the price. Great location to everything. Nice facility. Would definitely come back to this condo. Minor issues to be addressed by owners. Biggest balcony in the complex. Owner and staff at Pheonix I were very helpful!

Loved this condo. It was cozy and quaint with a huge balcony. My 4 year old absolutely enjoyed his time. The washer smelt a little like mildew but I've heard that's to be expected with front loaders.

The property as a whole was well maintained, clean and friendly.

The unit we stayed in needs some updating. I contacted the owner and she addressed some of the concerns.

Basically it is need of new towels, cookware, a thorough cleaning of the front loader washer, bathroom fans and fixtures. The corner balcony has a nice view but those in floors above us might not have realized that whatever they dropped from the balcony fell to us. Also you are right next to each person on each side of you. That was a little uncomfortable.

Owner's Response: Thank you for you review as we want to make sure our guests have an enjoyable stay. We have purchased our own towels for the housekeepers as a result of the last reviews and are purchasing some new cookware. The fan in the master bath had broken with the guest before you and we did not have time to replace it so it was disconnected. We have cleaned the front loader but that is actually a new bladder about a year old. We ask that it be left slightly open when not in use but sometimes that does not happen. Most of our guests enjoy the balcony because unlike most it has an enclosed portion and an open area, sorry you didn't but not much we can do to change that. Thanks again, Beverly
