Great position, accommodation nice and clean not posh but nice, kitchen well equipped.
Excellent experience easy to book and communicate, perfect spot for us.
Wonderful apartment in an ideal location
Thank you Gian Giacomo for your hospitality! We loved the apartment and enjoyed our visit to Rome immensely!
Our family of five adults had a great time staying here - what a great location! The air conditioning kept us comfortable even during a heat wave. Check out the butcher shop near by and the gelato shop too!
My family of 2 adults and 2 teenage children stayed here for 4 nights in June. The location of the apartment is fantastic- it's about 100 yards from the Pantheon! Gian was very helpful and met us at the apartment. I would stay here again if I have the chance to return.
Love Love Love the Location
My husband has been dreaming of coming to Rome for years and, when we finally decided we'd travel to Rome for his 50th birthday celebration, he wanted this specific part of Rome. This apartment was perfectly located a 1/2 block from the Pantheon, but still on a side street far enough away from the noise. Two of the three bedrooms are on the back of the house - very dark and quiet for sleeping. One of the bedrooms is street side; not as good as the other two, but still comfortable. AC is a requirement for us - and it should be for anyone staying in Rome over the summer months. We've stayed in a lot of European VRBOs over the years during the summer and this AC was the best, by far. We were so cool and comfortable. Gian, the very kind owner mentioned he'd recently updated the AC units (it was 88-95F the entire week of our stay and I often had to turn the AC warmer or off after a bit because it worked so well). The washer/dryer was wonderful and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils and a very nice stove. It is an old Roman apartment so don't come expecting everything to be new and pristine. It was comfortably worn-in and very large. There were four of us, but it could have easily handled a larger family if needed. The lift (I think rare in Rome), was nice if needed, particularly for luggage and tired knees, but the stairs were manageable. Also, there was a grocery store (Carrefour Express) about a block 1/2 away, one of the best gelato places in Rome on the other side of the Pantheon, and the famous Tazza D'Oro coffee around the corner. If this flat is available, grab it before someone else does.
Great location! Super host. Lots of room for six adults.
I just don't think you could ask for a better property in what travel guru Rick Steves calls "the Heart of Rome." We were hhundreds of feet from the Pantheon, down the street from the Trevvi Fountain, and it was an easy walk to the Colisseum. On top of that, our host was gracious and responsive to our every request. We highly recommend this property.
