Great House - Great Neighboorhood!

  • 5 of 5

This is our 6th year staying in Santa Rosa - Old Florida Villages. This is our favorite house in the neighborhood by far and most likely the one we will continue to stay in. All the amenities you have at home plus some extras. Great location near the pool and to the front of the subdivision.

Million of Beaches

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at "Millions of Beaches" for 3 nights and we were very impressed with the area and "Old Florida Village". We were there for a wedding and our stay at this house was great. We could not have picked a better rental. We had other family members in the same area and it was nice that we could be within walking distance of each other. When we come back to the area, we will be wanting to stay in the same area and especially in this house. Thank you for letting us use you house for this family event.

This house was very clean and maintained, I liked the bedroom set up-2 queen and 1 king bedroom and a loft with a bunk bed (double on the bottom and single at top). It is set up well for families.

Relaxing vacation beach house.

  • 5 of 5

This house is in a quiet perfect little neighborhood. It is clean, nicely decorated and relaxing for a little family getaway. Its right down the street from the beach. and the pool is pretty much directly in front of the house. We had rented several houses in the area for my wedding and family out of town and this one was super cute. It is very spacious and cozy. The owner was very personal and friendly thru all of this. He really did help make my wedding weekend go smoothly. Thank you. and highly Recommend!!!!!

Why The Owner chose Santa Rosa Beach

The houses in Old Florida Village are close enough to the beach where you can enjoy the beach without the prohibitive cost being directly on the water, that way we are able to rent the house for a reasonable rate. The neighborhood sits between two state parks so there is not any over-development and the headaches that come with overcrowded areas. Seaside amenities without Seaside congestion.

What makes this house unique

The pool being right across the street is very convenient. I like sitting on one of the decks and enjoying the view of the lake. Also having a designated kid area in the house -the loft- gives the in-house separation that both kids and adults enjoy.
