Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Colorado, THE LIFT is walking distance to the Quicksilver Chairlift, the Lacima Mall and all the shops and restaurants on Main Street. The free shuttle and Town Trolley are located in front of the Village at Breckenridge. An outdoor swimming pool and four hot tubs (2 inside and 2 outside) are in the Columbine Recreational Center located about 50 yards from the building. A stackable washer/dryer is located within the unit. There is covered parking for one car with an additional uncovered spot.

The unit sleeps 9 comfortably, but may accommodate as many as 11 but there is an extra head charge of $15 over 9. There are three full bathrooms. The entry hallway is equipped with ski racks which provide quick and secure access to your skis. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with cable TV and sliding glass doors to an outside balcony.

Amenities: The condo complex is situated on a quiet cul de sac. There is parking for 2 vehicles in tandem right in front of the complex. The unit is on the second floor of the middle building. Amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool and indoor and outdoor hot tubs at the recreation center at the end of this cul de sac. Main Street Breckenridge is only 100 yards away, so close in fact we could almost list it as an amenity with its shops and restaurants. Please call us and let us help you plan your ski vacation. We have also offer our guests negotiated discounts on rental equipment and airport shuttle service.

The convenience of an easy trip back to the unit or the convenience of being to walk to town after a day on the ski hill. Then the walk to the hot tub and pool conplex is less than a minute. The complex is tucked in behind a hill facing the slopes so you get the peace and quiet without any noise from Main Street yet you are only a 2 min walk from Main Street and the hustle and bustle of the town.

Exceeding Expectations

We absolutely loved the place and plan on coming back next year. When we walked in we couldn't believe the attention to detail in furnishing. When we woke up in the morning we got to see the view and it was fantastic. This is absolutely the best location in town. Walking to the chairlift was a breeze and we were so close to town we got to try most of the restaurants.

Owner's Response: I sometimes joke that if this unit doesn't just wow you I'll give your money back. This group had a massive snowstorm which resulted in some of the best Christmas skiing conditions. Our condos are furnished with the guest in mind. We like to keep our guests happy and coming back year after year.

We searched a while to find the right property for our group and this condo was spot on. I'm so glad we called out hosts to find out about all the little details in the condo. They were great to talk to. All the beds were comfy and the condo is actually pretty big. I think the great room is the best part of the unit.

Close to Breck

My family of 2 adults and 4 kids came to the property. Mike and Joy were very helpful as a prior reservation had been cancelled only days prior to our trip. They offered us to come in early and extend our move out time. Which was wonderful and appreciated. They seem to be readily available and very reachable.

The main part of the house is nice. I know the owners are looking to update the rest of the property. The only improvement I will share is I did note that several bulbs were out, the patio was left with a garbage, towels were in poor shape and tired. No one came out to provide or fix these elements during our stay. That would of been nice, especially for the cost per stay. But I understand everyone busy and it was the end of season, etc.

Breck is a great town, great mountain, the property is in a nice location. Close to walk to the lift and the town. I do think in a few years the property will be further updated, and probably some new furniture which will make the stay... for us old people... more enjoyable.

This condo has a really decked out kitchen. The granite countertop island is really nice. Location is 2 min from town. that is just so ideal since we could walk everywhere. Loved it!

Nice clean condo in a great location. Liked the little added personal touches in the condo. The sitting area in the entry was so super convenient to take off shoes and store jackets and bags.
